Why can’t every Dunkin’ Donuts be like this one? Outstanding service, hardly ever have to wait, and the staff that runs it really treats you the right way! The staff is sweet and kind and efficient! The man that runs it (Lupe) is an outstanding manager who cares about his job and takes care of me always! Thank you!!!!!

Horrible drive thru service asks to repeat order 3x for a simple order coffees 2 donut order and still was wrong. Employees with dirty uniforms and fingernails thru everything away absolutely disgusting hygiene worried I would get sick. Needs a visit from the Village health department.

Got 2 of the new $5 wrap meal deals. They parked my husband and I. They brought our coffee and food out and forgot the cream/ oatmeal in our coffees. I had to go back in twice and have them each re made. Now a few hours later I am home sick. I have food poisoning and this was the only thing I ate today. Not a good location.
They used old bitter coffee for my cappuccino. Maybe they think customers can’t taste difference between old coffee and fresh made? We do. It’s not the first location that do it. I completely disappointed in Dunkin.

A sign on the window shows this location is open until 10, but after ordering coffee at 8:50, I was told I had to leave because they were cleaning. The person was extremely rude and told me, along with two other people that we had to leave. We showed the employee that the sign showed the lobby is open until 10, which is also consistent with what's on the website. This is ridiculous and there's no reason the employee had to be so rude.

This is my usual Dunkin, they always make my lattes & coffee so good & my food how I like so this really took me back when I got a sausage & egg croissant & found a hair in my sandwich. It’s not my hair because I have dirty blonde plus it was literally inside the sandwich.
