Very unpleasant in all ways and said the words “can you not read?” Regarding a sign on the drive thru board. Will not be returning to this location

While we normally enjoy this place, to the point we don't mind a few mishaps here and there (things like grumpy employees and burnt bagels), but giving us half eaten munchkins are rather not overlookable. Pretty sure that's a health hazard. We're not 100% sure it was half eaten, but it looked like someone bit into one of them, and the employee we told it to looked a little panicked and hurried to discard it.
It was an order done at 9:05 AM. We don't remember the name of the employee, unfortunately terrible with names, but we do know she was there for a while.
It's not a terrible location. We've mostly had good experience, but today was.. not one of those days. (Everything else besides the munchkins were fine, though.)

I have stopped here several times and normally I’m completely happy with the service. Today I’m stuck at work for four whole hours because it is Christmas Eve. I ran to get a doughnut and a refresher. First, I’m trying to order my donuts and the woman kept speaking over me and couldn’t understand What I was asking for even though I spoke clearly and slowly. So then I’m sitting at the window and I actually was watching this girl make my refresher that I ordered with green tea. First, she completely fills the cup with ice and then she pours the sugary, sweet refresher part almost to the top, Then put a little tiny splash of green tea in it. Are you actually kidding me? I’m putting it in my refrigerator and making my own green tea and will probably have properly made refreshers for at least a week and a half. Then on top of it because they were frustrated they couldn’t understand me, the girl hands me my refresher, Then snaps in an angry manner thank you at me. I don’t even know what to say about that, maybe she shouldn’t be working with people. I was not rude. I was not nasty yet. She seemed to be very unhappy in her to.

Daily line, kid in the back on his phone, dirty, sticky, selection is sparse after noon. The door chimes are missing. Not a place to hang out with a laptop and work. Bathroom is also dirty and lock doesn't work.
