I order tacos multiple times a week from this place. Usually placing the order over the phone. NOT ANYMORE!
There have been 2 instances when I have called in and they have made the order wrong. They will not rectify it.
Horrible customer service.
Do not call in orders….when the staff writes the wrong order, they tell you they won’t remake the order to correct it. I spend $150+ / week here. I am very upset that they can’t fix a messed up order!
