One star is being generous, this place deserves 0. I called to place an order and the lady that picked up made me wait over 5 minutes. Then I get there to order in person and it was empty yet they took forever to make my order, but groups of people getting there after me were getting their food first. Don’t know why it’s called famous burrito because the place has gone down hill.

Ordered 6 burritos through there website for my employees and when I got back to the office I noticed the whole order wasn’t labeled. We had to cut them in half just to find out that 5 out of the 6 items were wrong. When I called them they didn’t understand what was wrong and kept interrupting as I was explaining. Eventually they said I could come back and they would replace them for me but we would be left with 5 extra burritos to throw out.
El Famous wheeling, as always had great food. I got the Quesabirria taco dinner and it was emaculate.

Can’t even order. They switched to a garbage robo call system that keeps repeating itself, doesn’t actually text you a link to order online like it says, and then hangs up on you when you ask for a host like it says to. Guess I’ll be ordering lunch elsewhere.
