Honestly, this was amazing pizza. We had the Chicken Tikka and wasn't too sure how it would taste but it was actually really good! I would recommend it to anyone. The owner really cared for what he put out and man he did not disappoint.

We tried to go here for the first time last night to use a 'Local Flavor'/Clip certificate that I had purchased. They refused to honor the certificate, even though it was still valid. There was no care for the customer and therefore, we left. I won't be returning and I recommend calling in advance if you're trying to use a certificate to see if it will even be honored.

Ordered the 2-topping lunch special on Chow Now - it was supposed to come with a drink, but the Indian gentleman making the pizzas told me it didn't. I didn't have time to argue so I went back later and checked and yes, it should have come with a drink.
They also have pre-assembled pizza boxes all over by the drink station, which makes sense, but when another customer tried to take a large one and a small one for to-go boxes, the pizza maker told him he could only take the small boxes.
The place smelled like very strongly perfumed cleaning products and it would have been off-putting if I had chosen to eat there. It smelled more like a cover-up product than a cleaning product.
The pizza was fine, but very sparsely topped. I was supposed to get two toppings so I ordered 2x pepperoni, but I only got one or two pieces per slice.
The people were nice, but I think they are eventually going to nickel and dime themselves out of business. I, for one, won't be going back.

Came into a dark and empty restaurant and one of the staff was doing side work away from the counter. When the staff came over after a few minutes, I placed my order (one of the pizzas that did not require any mods)… and waited ten minutes for her to assemble the pizza. Waited another ten minutes for the pizza to be made in the oven (website states two minutes)
By the time I got the pizza, the crust was hard and not crispy. Read another comment that the crust was overproofed and stale and it certainly tasted like it. It was disappointing because the toppings/cheese were delicious but I could not eat the pizza because the crust and dough was inedible.
Waited twenty minutes (with no one ahead of me or who had a pre order)… for rock hard pizza :(

Dry topping, pizza like a cracker, for those who like it that way.

I love this place. I’m a wing snob. I try hot wings from everywhere I can. Fire crust is the only place I can say the wings are incredible. Not breaded. Saucy. And meaty. I’d come just for the wings. However, the pizza is just as good. I’m really happy I found Fire Crust. It’s my new go to. Wings first but pizza is wood fire and I’m a sucker for wood fire pizza. I’ll be a repeat customer.

While the restaurant is clean and ownership is nice, the pizza crust is tough and one-toned while the sausage and pepperoni lack flavor overall. With the likes of Tortorices, Ninos, Rosatis, and Penguinos within spitting distance, the $16 you'd spend on a medium pizza here seems better spent elsewhere.
