The most overpriced bland sandwich I'd ever tasted. I have tried different varieties of sandwiches and they are all horrible! I don't understand why this place is so popular. The service is okay. the interior is very very small. Not a fan.

Keep an eye out for unfriendly, unprofessional service AT THIS LOCATION. I asked if the payment went through because she didn’t provide a receipt—looked at me like If I had asked a disturbing question?(rolls her eyes continuously) Lol. Very Ugly character from cashier! Forgot to get her name. If you are having a bad day that doesn’t mean take it out on others; especially at work. It shows, A LOT. Do better…you’re making customers uncomfortable. Another job? Idk! ALSO, this store closes 30-40 min Early from times posted.I do try to keep my reviews moderate—Regards.

I was the only person in the store. I ordered a veto and got all way back home to find out that there’s mayonnaise all over my sandwich and I’m allergic to mayo. And a hair also

I stopped in here to grab a quick lunch, and even though there were a few people in the store, everything was freaky fast! Customer service was great, really friendly staff. I will definitely be making this my regular Jimmy Johns stop.

Delivery took over an hour, I called to ask what was going on and was told "we only have 1 driver today". No apology, but that's fine, how about you let me know that when i'm ordering instead of 40 minutes after I order? I would not wait that long for a cold cut sandwich delivery.Still took another 25 minutes until the driver calls and asks, gruffly, how to find my building. I (again) explain how to get to it, to which the response is something that could be best described as a grunt followed by hanging up on me. 5 minutes later, driver arrives and there is an item missing from the order. At this point i've had enough, take my cash back from the driver and cancel the order. I would love to say this is the first time this has happened here, but sadly, I've endured this torture by them beforeI call the store to speak to the manager (who doesn't provide his name) and inform him of the situation. It was such a pathetically unprofessional conversation I'm still having trouble wrapping my head around it. Manager seemed completely indifferent, as if this sort of thing happens all the time and he is just going through the motions (or he just doesn't care).I will NEVER order from this location ever again. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra 10 minutes to just go to a different location, this one is beyond a joke

If I could give zero stars I would. The manager couldn’t have been more rude if he tried. He has his family or friends hang out in there so he doesn’t want anyone coming in so he doesn’t have to work. Calling corporate in the morning since obviously no one has yet, cause there’s no way a established company would keep a person like this.

Unfortunately this was the only time I had a problem with my order and I wouldn’t be on here if it weren’t for the managers attitude. I had told him my sandwich was hard after having it delivered and he insisted that it was soft because he had just made it. I have braces and I’m normally fine with eating jimmyjohns but the bread was to hard for me to bite into it. The only way I could get a new one was if I drove there myself, so when I did I asked for a refund instead. I work in fast food and this is not the type of customer service I should have received especially from the manager himself.
