When you order TWELVE pcs of chicken, you expect 12, NOT ELEVEN. Suggest corporate management give each and every employee here a test, to make sure they can count.

since this location includes a taco bell, the famous bowls are no longer "kfc" famous bowls. now that taco bell has chicken nuggets, they decided that is what should be used in the famous bowls. it was disgusting. the chicken was not kfc chicken, the cheese was the kind they use at taco bell, and the mashed potatoes and corn didn't even taste right. will not be going back to this location ever again, and i advise anyone else against going there.

Getting very tired of this location. Everytime we go get food they mess up the order one way or another. I would just love to get what I ordered and payed for once. I ordered a large mashed potatoes and gravy last week and got a large mac and cheese for some odd reason. Tonight I ordered my usual large mashed potatoes and gravy with the rest of my food and get home to no gravy at all even though it's on my bill. So now I'll have to eat cold food because I have to go threw the trouble and go outta my way to go back out for the food I was changed for but never got this is ridiculous. Management at this location needs to get fixed because their employees don't seem to care about anyone's order. Will be going to a different location from now on because I'd like to just be able to go home and enjoy my food.

Ordered 3 piece meall,, all white meat/ got drum & 2 thighs! Only ate the drum,NO flavor,all grease.Ordered 3 piece chicken strips for my wife.She managed
to eat 2 pieces, said it tasted like grease. Ordered potpie for friend , he said it was just fine. Put the rest on the counter and we left !!! WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE ANYTIME SOON ????

They don't accept digital coupons from Google wallet even though the corporation has already paid for those promotions. Also they don't need a scanner to do that they could easily put in the computer. Now it could be the owner refuses to accept or the staff is not trained properly. But redusing itself promotions without checking and refusing to give owner information corporation or franchise is just terrible customer service
