The first time I ever went, I went with a few friends that recommended it to me. I usually don’t like milk tea, but kopa had a smoothie option that I absolutely loved. The boba was chewy but I liked it. When I went for the first time I got to write on the chalkboard and that was a happy experience for me being able to have someone read what I wrote and have a better day. Every time I get the chance to go, I go. This place gives me exceptional drinks that I absolutely love and good vibes whenever I go. I have never had a bad experience here and I would recommend this place to anyone I meet. The staff here have been so kind to me and will take full responsibility if my drink was made wrong. I love going here and would 10/10 guide someone to this amazing place.

The food and drinks are a little pricey, but pretty good. I'm only putting 1 star bc I would not recommend this place as a job. I used to work here and got hired bc she couldn't find anyone to be a shift lead. she wanted to be sure I would continue working there, yet maybe a month or 2 after being hired she stopped scheduling me without even talking to me about it. when she finally did reply to my message about it, it had been a couple months and said she was working out scheduling because it had gotten slow, but continued not to schedule me. She also failed to mail me my w2 after she told me she would and instead emailed it which I have never heard of and I think is a bit unprofessional.

I have shown up 5 separate times during their stated open hours and 4 of the times the doors were locked. I'm trying to make it work and support this business, but it's always closed in the middle of the day. They even leave their open sign up, but no one's inside.

Placed an online order at 6.45pm yesterday (Sunday) came to the store at 7pm only to find out they already closed, even though it says open until 8pm. Took the money and never filled the orderUpdate: I did not accuse you of anything , just simple facts. The store was closet at 7pm I have a photo proof with a time.

First time trying this place. The staff member was very nice. I got the Passionfruit tea and it was just okay. The mango flavor was good but the chunks were too large to fit through the straw. I’m also not a fan of the Passionfruit seeds, it’s about 50/50 places I’ve tried, some have them, some don’t. I didn’t like the tapioca boba. It was too chewy and definitely not made in house/fresh. Overall not the best, not the worst.Edit: while I appreciate the extra service level offered, I won’t be back. The tea wasn’t bad, sweetness level was fine, I just personally didn’t care for the type of chewy tapioca they supposedly make fresh. I also didn’t see anything else on the menu that I usually order at other places. The person I was with ordered the taro Oreo drink and enjoyed it. This place isn’t bad, just not my personal vibe, I prefer more authentic boba shops.
I tried Strawberry Banana Smoothie with boba here. The Smoothie was so nice and fresh. My friend ordered regular milk tea and that was good as well.Tapioca is right at the average (KF tea got the best Tapiocas..) but as we don't have KF tea in Wheeling, I believe Kopa tea can be my go to.Dogs are allowed here - confirmed that with the store - and she even offered a pup's cup for my dog. The owner of this store is very kind and nice.Highly recommended local boba tea shop!

Staff had zero emotion. Drink I ordered was bitter and did not have any sweetness in it. I ordered with regular sweetness but it came out with no sugar. I ordered two and the other came out fine. Weird and will not be coming back. The owner was kind enough to reach out and try and make amends.
