9/17 4pm. Came here for the first time. The deserts were absolutely awesome. Not too sweet not too sour just perfect. I ended up finding a hair in the mango moose cake but i decided not to make a fuss about it bc i was so excited about eating it. My problem was with the lady that was on the counter. Upon arrival she was with another customer. After he left not a single hello, she was just staring at us. Me and my boyfriend told her hi 3 times. Very unwelcoming its like she was bothered from us. Not a single smile not a hello not a thank you.

Most amazing pastry place in the whole state! If you like fine taste, come here and try their deserts. The coffee is very good too. Cozy. And it smells wonderful! You can also order cake for any occasion.

Woman there on 9/5 extremely unfriendly. Please visit a bakery that actually values their customers. I’m not supporting a business that is annoyed to have customers. Do better.

Ordered a raspberry-pistachio tart; instead we were given a pistachio-strawberry torte. Note that these are completely different cake. Only realized it was the wrong cake as we were putting the birthday candles. Called the next day to complain and were basically told to fly a kite (after being told that this is a mistake that happens often).
Their tarts are 5-star, their tortes are 3-star, their customer service is 0-stars.
UPDATE: Lana reached out to apologize and offer us the tart we had ordered (on her), which was delicious. So thank you.

Extremely rude. We decided not to even buy anything . As soon as we walked in the door , the lady at the counter was rude. I’m pretty sure she was the owner. . She acted aggravated that we were there. I felt uncomfortable . I asked about cupcakes and the lady snapped at me . We took our business elsewhere.

Perhaps one of the top three in my entire life when it comes to authentic desserts! Fresh ingradients, customed made to order, and variety of choices! Whether you are looking for cakes, pied, tarts, or speciality buns you will have everything! Taste is next to none! You would be blown away by taste, quality, and ingradients. Holy Cow! A Keller Williams team member (Olga) brought in a passion fruit mousse cake to our Libertyville office. It was magical. I'm ordering for an upcoming birthday, and Uber delivers because it's a bit far. Their selection is mind blowing. I'm in cake love.

Maybe this dessert shop is too fancy for me. But their desserts just weren't sweet, tart, or sour enough. I understand that a lot of people don't want a massive amount of flavor in their desserts. If that's what you're looking for, this is a place for you.
My office ordered the Pistachio Strawberry Torte and Chocolate Raspberry genoise cake for one of our manager’s birthday’s. Holy cannoli is it delicious. 10/10 recommend

I was amazed to discover an authentic European patisserie in the Chicago suburbs! The selection was absolutely dazzling—rows upon rows of exquisite mini cakes and mouthwatering mousses that made choosing just one nearly impossible. The flavors were perfectly balanced, with a delightful subtle sweetness. When I ordered their treats for our company's holiday party, they were an absolute hit—everyone raved about them! This place is so exceptional that it's worth making the trip, even from far away.

But unfortunately all that is forgotten by the terrible service of the person who is serving. Very rude and when I asked her about the desserts he said he didn't know with a tone of disdain and annoyance. Because of things like this one does not return to a business.
UPDATE: Regarding the previous review, it was not a misunderstanding, it was just a transcription error when using “him” instead of “her” (already corrected). And I confirm once again that the person who helped me at the cash register that day was a very rude and uninterested girl.
