The woman at the counter was so rude and did not even write Happy Birthday on the cake. Their quality has gone down and their manners too. Me and my family and friends are never going back to this bad bakery.

10/19, 1 PM: Husband bought almond croissants, but they’re definitely not fresh. They’re at least two days old. It’s better to buy from the grocery store on Milwaukee, right across the road, their croissants are always fresh!

The desserts are delicious, but unfortunately the customer service is really poor. The funny thing is that they always reply to messages apologizing, yet the bad service has been the same for years. I’ve been going there for at least 8 years, and the service has never improved. There doesn’t seem to be any real intention to treat customers better. Don’t take advantage of having such great desserts, because poor customer service won’t be sustainable forever.

9/17 4pm. Came here for the first time. The deserts were absolutely awesome. Not too sweet not too sour just perfect. I ended up finding a hair in the mango moose cake but i decided not to make a fuss about it bc i was so excited about eating it. My problem was with the lady that was on the counter. Upon arrival she was with another customer. After he left not a single hello, she was just staring at us. Me and my boyfriend told her hi 3 times. Very unwelcoming its like she was bothered from us. Not a single smile not a hello not a thank you.

Most amazing pastry place in the whole state! If you like fine taste, come here and try their deserts. The coffee is very good too. Cozy. And it smells wonderful! You can also order cake for any occasion.

Ordered a raspberry-pistachio tart; instead we were given a pistachio-strawberry torte. Note that these are completely different cake. Only realized it was the wrong cake as we were putting the birthday candles. Called the next day to complain and were basically told to fly a kite (after being told that this is a mistake that happens often).
Their tarts are 5-star, their tortes are 3-star, their customer service is 0-stars.
UPDATE: Lana reached out to apologize and offer us the tart we had ordered (on her), which was delicious. So thank you.

Extremely rude. We decided not to even buy anything . As soon as we walked in the door , the lady at the counter was rude. I’m pretty sure she was the owner. . She acted aggravated that we were there. I felt uncomfortable . I asked about cupcakes and the lady snapped at me . We took our business elsewhere.
