While I was here, I noticed that a lot of regular people came. The atmosphere here is warm. Choice of coffee ☕️ or tea ☕️ - milk or cream. You can also pre-order for a specific date.

First and LAST time I get anything from this so called “business.” Lana has, hands down, the WORST customer service I’ve ever received. I felt so rushed and not welcomed. When I was emailing her the picture for my son’s cake she was pretty much hovering over me like a manager. She came off as totally impatient with her hand on her hip and leg tapping. Also, she got REALLY mad cause she wasn’t understanding me when I was spelling out my name. Like how is that my fault? My 2 year old son started freaking out in the shop and she felt the need to make a comment. She said “Wow, kids really don’t let you do anything!” Somebody needs to teach this Lana “lady” , for lack of better words, how to treat her clientele. By now, you’d think she’d know what she’s doing with her “business.” As far as the cake goes, the presentation was phenomenal, but the actual cake was not what we were hoping for. Almost $300 in the garbage ?️ ??
