My first time there I got stuffed pretzel crust with pizza sauce. It's 𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘢𝘳𝘬𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘺 delicious.
It was relieving to see the app allows me to order as guest. The pizza was ready quickly and was easy to find inside the Pizza Portal.

I went to buy a pizza, the flavor is good, but the customer service is very terrible, we asked about which pizzas only had meat and the seller told us he didn't know. I don't understand why he says he doesn't know when they work there and prepare the pizza, that seems hilarious to me.We had mainly spoken to the seller in English, but then we spoke to him in Spanish; he didn't understand either of those languages despite having spoken to his partner in Spanish. This is the second time this has happened to me since I have only bought there twice. I don't recommend it, even though the food is good, it doesn't mean it wasn't a bad experience. Those people who work there tarnish the pizzeria's brand. Terrible service and customer service, not recommended.

I'm fed up with the terrible service they give in the pizzeria, pure incompetent people work there, I don't understand why they don't get fired, because of the terrible service they give, you order a pizza without sauce and when you go to pick it up they always give it to you with sauce, I don't know if they don't understand, when you tell them no sauce,🤬😡

Cashier Joaquin B. took the order saying it is ready in 10 minutes. I was waiting for 30 minutes when finally someone else from the team realized that they put pizza in the warmer and never let me know that it was ready. I know that mistakes happen, what I did not like was when I asked why didn’t you call me the person just shrugged his shoulders. Where is the customer service and good manners?

When I arrived the store didn't even know I had placed an order online. They had to to spend several minutes looking up my order and finally found my info. Then proceeded to make it while I stood there for 15-20m after arrivng at the time they said the order would be ready. Staff made it seem like it was an inconvenience to them, when it was just a waste of my time. Food was undercooked. Made me sick. Well, it's Little Ceasars, what do you expect. Unwelcoming, would be the word to describe this place.
