One of my favorite restaurants!! This Wheeling hometown restaurant has been in my life forever (literally my entire life), and the people who work here are family. They go out of their way to take care of you, and the atmosphere is always positive!

Very dated family restaurant is in desperate need of renovations. A new wood floor and chairs to match would be a cost effective solution. Reasonably priced breakfast and friendly, efficient staff were attentive to our needs and always refilling our coffee cups. The Denver Omelette was okay, but could have been made fluffier with the right technique and cookware, rather than a flat egg pancake folded in thirds. The chocolate crepes with fresh fruit and a cream cheese glaze was pretty good. If they made a couple changes, business would really soar.

I sampled ALL the local breakfast places over the years and am so happy I found market square. I have never left unsatisfied or without a smile. The interior is cozy and I love to have breakfast and a drink in the super cozy bar/lounge area. Services is always fast and with a smile. Management and employees genuinely appreciate your business and it shows in every capacity. The steaks, hash browns, omelettes, and pancakes are fantastic. I have NEVER had to send a plate back to the kitchen after 200+ meals here. The desert display case is always packed with fresh homemade treats for you to stock up as well. They also host an annual hog roast party in the summer time that is fun, safe, welcoming, and (obviously) delicious!
