Sorry, Matt's the quality and quantity of your product is now a disappointment. What you guys are missing is that eating Matt's Cookies was an experience. The cookies were supposed to stick together and be peeled apart, that's what made them so great. The product looks like an investment bank owns the company and has tried to squeeze every penny. Regarding the fig bars, they used to be 28 ounces and now they are packaged 10 ounces for the same price. Plus the packaging has flared out edges to make it appear there are more cookies in the package than reality. Whoever came up with this new packaging scheme and pricing strategy can also claim responsibility for seriously impacting the value of your brand and lowering expectations of consumers.

Not the same Matt's I ate as a kid! I remember my mom buying these as treat when I was a kid so of course as an adult I'm able to buy them. I no longer live in Madison, WI and I'm not sure where else they're sold but I came home for the holidays one year and bought two packs. So disappointing. Even my mom said they didn't taste the same. They were dry and tasteless. Giving the benefit of the doubt, we bought two more since we grabbed from the front we thought maybe it had been on the shelf for a while. Grabbed from the very back and same results. I even sent an email years ago saying bring back the old ingredients. Cookies kept popping up on my FB feed and made me think of them. I really want to order directly from the website and see if they're the same as store bought or better but I feel I'll regret it.

They call me the cookie monster. So I know cookies. Tried Matt's for the first time since they were on sale at Jewel near O'hare airport location. Oh my god, the oatmeal raisin were heaven. Might have to make a trip to their factory and eat up all hot ones off the line.

Boyfriend and I recently tried the limited edition Apple Oat Crisp. Yum! Bought another package the next week and are seriously sad that their short run is over. Hope to see them again next season.

I have a hard time believing anyone would give these cookies any less than 5 stars. Matt's Cookies are as close to home made as it can get. I have tried the oatmeal raisin, peanut butter and last but not least the pumpkin spice. I hesitated to buy the pumpkin spice because it could have gone either way but seriously, wow! They are fantastic. Can't wait to try all the rest! ❤️
