made a special order, two cheeseburgers onion only, they got it wrong. went back to get them fixed was ask what was wrong and I told them they should have been onion only, then I was asked if I wanted cheese on my cheeseburger, I said that was a stupid question. got kick out without my order and they kept/ stole my money. worst McDonald's ever

I love McDonald's, but not this time... unfortunately....it was the first time when I waited for my order for more than 15 minutes (someone who ordered after me got his order earlier than me), the hall was so dirty (but the restroom was wonderfully clean) and no one was removing the numbers from the tables even if no one was sitting there, so it was unclear which tables were free. The last one I ordered a sweet ice tea but I get unsweetened 😕😢 I hope it was just a wrong day for visiting this place.

Ordered from Uber, the food was sloppy, fries, I ordered no salt and they were not fully cooked and heavily salted. Go to drive through and the cokes are so filled you can’t put the straw in because it overflows. Forgot the bbq sauce. Last couple of times I’ve either did the drive thru or ordered From Uber the orders are wrong. No more ordering from them. Use be great every time I get food from them, and I understand I eve in a while sometimes things happen, just last 5 times problems

Got 3 McFlurrys and paid for extra topping, when we got home and started eating it it only had the toppings on top, wasn’t even mixed in and the rest was just vanilla ice cream. Didn’t even get the extra toppings I paid for.

I recently visited this McDonald’s and ordered a coffee with no sugar. I made the request clearly—twice—once at the drive-thru speaker and again at the window. Despite that, my order was still incorrect. It seemed like two young employees were handling my order, and instead of taking it seriously, they were giggling and mentioned something about “extra sugar,” this was frustrating and unprofessional.

Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues at this location. It’s the closest McDonald’s to me, so I’ve given it several chances, but the service continues to disappoint. I’ve experienced incorrect orders, poor customer service, and staff who don’t seem trained to handle customers with care.

The management doesn’t appear to be engaged either—they’re not especially approachable, and it seems like most of the staff are hired based on friendships or family connections rather than qualifications. I’ve heard the promise of improvement before, but nothing ever seems to change.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to, and I hope someone from corporate takes a serious look at what’s going on here.

I've had consistently disappointing experiences at this McDonald's location, which unfortunately is the closest one to me. The service is often slow, and my orders are frequently incorrect. For example, during a recent visit through the drive-thru, I received a McChicken that had an unusual, fishy taste and was inedible. Additionally, the staff forgot to include the sauce I had requested. I hope management addresses these quality and service issues, as they significantly impact the customer experience.

“Horrible Service with Rude and Possibly Discriminatory Staff”
We love McDonald’s and often visit other locations, so we had high hopes when we came here for the first time, especially because it’s open until 1 am and had decent reviews.
Big mistake. This visit ruined our entire mood.

It was around 11-12 pm. Right after paying, we were wrongly handed a drink carrier we didn’t order. The staff quickly realized their mistake and told us to go to the “second window”, which had no sign at all and was blocked by a large truck. While we waited nearby, a staff member saw us and gave us the most disgusted look and rude gestures, as if we were the ones causing confusion.

After the truck left, we returned to the second window and were completely ignored. No explanation. No service. Meanwhile, other cars that ordered after us got their food at the first window with no issue.

We finally went back to the first window, where the same staff member threw us our food with a dramatic eye-roll and a level of rudeness that bordered on comical.

We reviewed the dashcam afterward. We were polite and followed instructions, yet we were treated with hostility that felt disturbingly discriminatory.

This was hands down one of the worst fast-food experiences we’ve had. Unless it’s late and nowhere else is open, avoid this location. Zero professionalism, poor management, and deeply questionable behavior from the staff.

This is the absolute WORST McDonald’s on the planet. Unfortunately it’s the one closest to my house. Your order will always be wrong. Always. Try and call and they will give you an attitude and tell you they will fix it next time you come in. When you do go back they won’t fix it. You will lose out on the money for your missing items. I just tried ordering for delivery through the McDonald’s app. 5 minutes later it said it was cancelled and to call the store. The woman on the phone told me my food is there waiting for me to pick it up. I said it was for delivery and she told me McDonald’s doesn’t let you order for delivery!!! She doesn’t even know they have mcdelivery on the app so she cancelled my order!!! She told me they can’t refund my $30. Then when I was trying to explain to her that it is indeed on their app that I ordered delivery she hung up on me.
I have reached out to the bear family corporate office in the past and they don’t care. We’re done with this location and won’t be going to any other bear family locations.
