This is the absolute WORST McDonald’s on the planet. Unfortunately it’s the one closest to my house. Your order will always be wrong. Always. Try and call and they will give you an attitude and tell you they will fix it next time you come in. When you do go back they won’t fix it. You will lose out on the money for your missing items. I just tried ordering for delivery through the McDonald’s app. 5 minutes later it said it was cancelled and to call the store. The woman on the phone told me my food is there waiting for me to pick it up. I said it was for delivery and she told me McDonald’s doesn’t let you order for delivery!!! She doesn’t even know they have mcdelivery on the app so she cancelled my order!!! She told me they can’t refund my $30. Then when I was trying to explain to her that it is indeed on their app that I ordered delivery she hung up on me. I have reached out to the bear family corporate office in the past and they don’t care. We’re done with this location and won’t be going to any other bear family locations.

10 people are standing behind the cash register and everything sucks. It has never happened that they didn't screw up with the order. I once ordered only one Americano, I wanted to drink coffee, hot with sugar. As a result, they made me a cold coffee, no sugar at all. I only ordered one drink and these guys can't handle it. This American service of yours sucks. The whole world is already ahead in service and maintenance and only here they work carelessly.

Service is horrible. I just came there to get an iced coffee without ice (my teeth are sensitive), they give the wrong size and WITH ICE. They don’t even give you the receipt. The guy working there at the drive thru just hands it to you and walks away. Horrible service!

It’s okay but they can do better. Drive thrus are sometime bad because they give the wrong orders and do not help customers that need help or have questions. And they forget to put sauces. The French fries are so expensive make it cheaper please
