Never use this location again!!! So slow and very bad service!!!
Terrible service and a very bad experience. They made me wait in the drive-thru line only to tell me in the end that they weren't taking orders, and they were telling the same thing to every car. 🤬 If you don't have enough staff, close the restaurant or put up a sign saying you're not taking orders, and don't waste customers' time! 🤬 Some of us are working and only have a short lunch break, and with all the time I wasted there, I had to go back to work without my food! 🤬

It took 20 minutes to get one frappe and 2 orders ahead of me got full meals before i got 1 frappe no wonder this place doesnt even have a 4 star rating. My frappe came out melted and miserable like this place.

This McDonalds is ungodly expensive. They charge $0.99 to add 2 roma tomato slices to a burger. The McDonalds down the street charges $0.35 - talk about price gouging!

Just ordered a steak and egg bagel with no egg and no butter but what do I get... Bacon on a bagel. Is that even a menu item.
Lady has to come back to the window to verify the order, and then just kept asking what did you order and starts rattling off instead of just what did you order and waiting for an answer.
It's very simple, a steak and egg bagel is the only steak and bagel option then you simply do not put the egg on. Then of course not only time wasted at original time then waiting for explaining to the first drive through window then the second drive-thru window then the lady coming back to question what the order was. Then waiting to be told to pull to spot 3 anyway. What should be a seamless process ends up being more complicated then what it has to be with an increased wait time.
What happens when the lady brings out the food to spot 3. Doesn't say a word hands me the bag then walks away without saying a word. Let alone as if I'm the one who caused the problem. And either way that's your customer service and operation there
Napkins would be helpful along with customer service training. If you’re needing to do some thing with the cash drawer and we’re etc. probably best to check in with the customer versus having them wait.

This McDonald’s consistently fails to provide the full order. Today I placed a $38 order, and when I got home, I realized that both the ice cream and the nuggets I paid for were missing.
To make things worse, their receipt machine wasn’t working, so they did not give me a receipt, leaving me with no proof of what I paid for.
Now I have to drive back just to get the items they forgot to include.
This is one of the most careless and unprofessional McDonald’s locations in Chicago. I will not be returning.

They don't get your food right especially at this location in the morning. Don't bother telling them to do anything specific for you, they won't care. They also consistently don't put napkins in your bag if they just don't like you or if you come off slightly rude. Whatever, it's not like there isn't other McDonald's on my way to work or really anywhere. I kept going to this one for two months and I'm just tired and annoyed at these slop workers.

Terrible customer service. Our order got messed up 3 times, we got no straws for our drinks and when we realized we were missing half of our order the worker stood in front of the window on his phone for 2 minutes before finally talking to us again. Again the order was messed up even after we had waited and already left. Very disappointing.

I came here on October 28th at 9:26am through the drive through.
The ladies at both windows didn’t say hi or thank you. The lady at the second window just handed me my food.
I won’t be coming back to this location.

This one lady with the lashes and the long hair with tattoos has got a serious attitude problem like I was an inconvenience to her. While the cashier at the drive thru is very nice.

Tables were left dirty and when we ask them to clean the tables they did not have the time to do that, we had to go to the car and get wipes to clean the table
