Super friendly staff but never get my order right. I have to come back through sometimes multiple times before my order comes out correctly. If you are looking for convenience I recommend chick fil a or Taco Bell, if you’re looking for a sweet interaction this place is fine.

What a mess , un-groomed and dirty staff that touch your food with no gloves. Don’t speak English, Took over 20 minutes and I still didn’t get my food that I paid for. Had to walk out.

I used to come here for years, and I do not know what happened in the last 6 months or so, but they just got progressively worse. I always order Bagel with Steak, egg and cheese in the morning. Lately, this steak is always old, dry and tastes like piece of drywall. I am going to stop coming to this place, even though it is on my way. I am very disappointed.

Can somebody please answer me how? When the mcdonald's is very busy and I still get cold fries. McDonald's fries, cold taste like craft. What a waste of money I would have to save McDonald's. Has been going downhill

This location routinely gives me an incorrect order. We will pay more for an extra slice of cheese or lettuce, and it is missing. Today I didn’t get three items, or dipping sauce, or even napkins in my bag. So frustrating! When your prices are comparable to other take out restaurants, I would think quality control would be a priority.
I'm here for the first time today! I think this is the last time too! I have a bacon cheeseburger! When I opened the box I felt sick! It looked like the burger had been scraped off the floor and thrown into the box! Very nauseous. It's a shame to serve someone who paid for their meal with something like that!

I was in the drive window when I said “hello” and it looked like a manager with such a rude attitude answered “ can’t toy wait?” He should really work on his costumer service, it wouldn’t have been hard telling me as a costumer “I’ll be with right with you” once I got to the window he told me “ don’t be screaming” but once again he was wrong! Very bad worker in my opinion????
