Ordered on app and when got home they gave wrong size fries, half filled, so I called and explained and the lady who answered said to go back and when I was mid sentence to ask if could just go different day seeing as may not have enough time she hung up mid sentence. Very disappointing with the way she handled the call. I'm not a confrontational person at all I just stated I was given the wrong size fries.... made time to run in.... lady's name is Araceli

My experience at the McDonald's in Arlington Heights, Illinois was absolutely dreadful. The service was abysmally slow, with no sense of urgency from the staff. The food was cold and stale, as if it had been sitting out for hours. The cleanliness of the restaurant was appalling, with dirty tables and floors adding to the overall unpleasant atmosphere. To top it off, the staff seemed indifferent to customers' complaints and concerns. I would strongly advise avoiding this McDonald's location at all costs. It's a shame to see such a renowned chain operate so poorly. Less than one star is far too generous for this dismal establishment.

Do they know how to take an order through drive-thru?? Very simple, wanted a deluxe crispy chicken meal and an Oreo McFlurry. What’s in my bag? Cheeseburger with a sprite (Oreo McFlurry was extra so I still got that but the drink on my order was a coke) instead of a chicken sandwich. Went back through drive thru to report what happened and I was called a liar and nothing was done about it. Meal ended up in garbage and just ended up going to Wingstop. Never coming back here again.

You have to be slow to work here. Those are the requirements. It took 3 people to put a happy meal together the wrong way! And still wasn't right after little miss "gonna work here forever" got mad and slammed the window in my face. You're lucky my kid was in the car, God saved you today. ?

Clean and modern. Service was quick. It's a McDonalds in a Walmart parking lot so my expectations weren't high, but this location seems pretty well run.Features: Touchscreen/minimal contact ordering is available inside. Drive thru probably a better bet for COVID-19 concerns.

They had me waiting in line for more than 15 minutes, and they only served me because I asked them to take my order. A child was before me, the cashier was talking to him and she walked away without say anything he was just asking about something missing in his order. At that same time another customer came in upset because they made him come inside to pick up his order when somebody in the drive thru told him that he can pick it up by the window . This place definitely needs better customer service.
