I received two burnt hashbrowns with my order. This is disgusting and completely unacceptable. They should have remade the hashbrowns and asked me to wait. Shame on all of the staff who allowed this to happen. I will think twice before returning to this location.

I’ve been coming to this location for a while but recently when I come at night they have one person working and l often have to cancel my order because of long he takes. I came tonight at 12:08am and I had to wait till 12:37am till I just left. I started to say “Hello? Is there anyone there?” and was ignored. There was only one car in line when I came, and after I left he immediately served the next two customers. I dont understand the issue and I feel like I was discriminated upon. I’m extremely upset I wasted my time and gas just to not be served for the third time this week. Come here if you want terrible, slow service that will discriminate upon what customers they will or wont serve and have them waste your gas and time. 0 stars if I could.

Pulled up at 3:40am they were closed, they pretended no one was there even tho two cars were at the parking lot, I even called a couple times but no answer. After 15-20 mins I saw a worker inside walking and laughing with another person and he then decided to put his headset on just to tell me and probably 6 other cars behind me that they’re closed, everyone left.

This place is an absolute joke, they refused to serve me even after placing the order ahead of time. I was told by the drive-thru that the place was closed and that they would be reopening in 20 minutes for breakfast only. I was left starving and without my money (manager claims that would automatically come back to my account, so I guess I just have to wait and see). Never coming back here again. 0 stars

Customer service was bad especially coming from the manager NO SMILEs from the manager or employees, NO HOW can I help you instead she greets me with have you been helped after standing at the register for 6minutes with NO CUSTOMERS IN LINE. I mentioned to a employees does anyone smile around here and they said something in Spanish among each other. A better management needed in this store. I hate writing bad reviews but this needed to be bought to corporate attention. Plus my ranch wrap was over cooked didn't wanna go back for $2.00 will NOT visit this store again. All im gonna say is if you do not like your job let someone else that's gonna make the customers feel happy while paying your salary. I was in the restaurant at 10 45am wasn't any breakfast that's what I originally came for so I ordered the ranch wrap bad idea
