Went here for a quick bite and to watch the bulls game. Ordered tacos which were delicious but slightly salty, and the chips that came out were cold/room temp but good flavor. Elotes were awesome. The service was excellent though, it was completely dead and we were one of 2 tables and sat at the bar. Our server took care of us, put the game on, and was super friendly and attentive.

Going to this restaurant we were very excited about the atmosphere and the food options they offer. When we arrived to have dinner, the place was completely empty except for one table. Normally this would be great for short service times, due to the lack of customers to serve. Not a single employee was seen for over 10 minutes waiting at the door to be sat, after walking in. I called to maybe have someone come to the phone and therefore come to the door to notice us, but it rang the full time right in front of us at the counter. We let ourselves out, with no food and still no sight of an employee in the entire restaurant. Very disappointing.

Great food, AMAZING margaritas, the tamarind margarita is to die for! Very clean and well decorated place. The owner and crew were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.
I got a pick up order I ordered online it said I placed the order at329 its said it would be ready at 350 my husband goes and gets to the restaurant it was closed do to the chef not being there I was like they took my order I call she said chefs not here I say okay she says give me a call back I do that chef is finally there..I have to wait another 20min okay we wait my husband comes back I get pastor tacos it has hard bits in it no flavor my kids got floutas beef is hard, salsa watered down, pinco has no flavor. I order 2 Mexican cokes did not get them let's just say never again. It socks because it was good chunk of change

Not sure how good the food is because listed hours are wrong! On google maps and the business windows, drove 30 minutes and someone was inside the kitchen but never responded to me knocking or the phone which I could hear ringing when I called, very annoying. Update your windows and google maps. Went back to fat Rosie’s and enjoyed amazing drinks and food instead.

We were in town for a week from Kansas and are very picky about our Mexican food. You absolutely need to eat here the flour fried tacos and the black beans were awesome. Chips and salsa were on point and the wife loved her taco salad as well. The homemade sauce should be bottled up and taken home for later!

OMG Wing are unbelievable. Sooo tasty. I can't wait till tomorrow to order more. Great atmosphere also. The wings were just added to the menu. Lucky me I came in at the right time.

We went yesterday (Saturday) for lunch. Once again, they were closed, even though the web site said they were open. This is now the third time this has happened, so we won't return.The seasoning is uneven, at times very good, but at other times quite bland. The pork carnitas are supposed to be stewed but here are pan fried, which is crazy. The fish is badly under-seasoned.The meat tacos are fine and the best of the menu. The guacamole is good, and the side of rice and beans is substantial and properly cooked.

Had their carnitas tacos. O. M . G. The base tacos had a nice layer of guacamole, a little heat, with oh so tender and juicy carnitas meat . Wife had steak tacos, equally delicious . Couldn't recommend enough!!!

Mia's Cantina is a great option for mexican food, right in the new mall area of Wheeling. The dining area is extremely spacious with a full bar on one side, and a garage door window, to let in the cool summer breeze, while you sip on some margaritas and sangrias. Can you ask for more? Food-wise, Mia's Cantina hits the mark. You get complimentary WARM chips and salsa. Warm chips is always a nice touch. I also ordered chicken tortilla soup and the "cup" was bowl-sized. It had a great hint of spice, and it really hit the spot. For the main dish, I ordered some carnitas tacos, which were flavorful and when you order 3, you get rice and beans. and they were extremely good. Service was great as well.BATHROOM REVIEW: Bathroom was extremely clean and functional. Toilet was clean and got the job done. Sit or squat? Sit!

I meet my friends at the wheeling location on Monday night . I had a delicious strawberry margarita, but only one . It was huge. I do appreciate the vegetarian/ vegan options . I had zucchini and corn tacos with rice and beans on the side . I should ordered guacamole too . But I did forget. The back patio is where we sat , it had an apartment complex next door . People were out with their kids , walking their dogs. Just a nice quiet area to enjoy some dinner. I would definitely go back . Our server was lovely, since there were only 4 tables occupied.
