This was my 1st time ever eating at Potbelly and what a great experience. The manager personally took care of us, patiently answered all our questions, and believe me, I had a lot :) It felt that our sandwiches were made with love and tasted great. Amazing location with amazing people. We felt very welcomed, everyone who worked there seemed to have great and positive energy.

I don't know the sandwich Maker's name. But he was so optimistic and so positive that he turned my bad day into a great day and his recommendations to put on my sandwich, we're top tier. They definitely need to give him a raise.

Received this about 10 minutes after the pickup time despite the store having 1 other client. I’m not an expert but I believe the sauce is supposed to go inside the sandwich.

As an avid restaurant critic of Buffalo grove and wheeling restaurants, I’m please to say that this wheeling potbelly’s has meet my standards for an incredible experience. I walked in on 11/27/24 not know what shake I wanted and Jake told me the difference between the Oreo and Egg Nog shake. While ordering my sandwich I was met with such friendly hospitality when asking what toppings I wanted on my AMAZING CUBANO SANDWICH. When checking out I was told a funny joke about sandwiches. Lastly Jake told me to have an amazing day, and he told my little one to enjoy his sandwich. Thank you Wheeling Potbelly’s for such an amazing experience, and I will be sure to tell all friends that Potbelly’s is the best fast food location to go to in all of Illinois. My family and I will be sure to come again. POTBELLY’S for LIFE.

I don’t usually do reviews but the service I received today was phenomenal. I was instantly greeted by a joyous man who was very kind. The other two people on shift were kind. My sandwich came out quickly. This service was some of the best I’ve ever seen. The man enjoyed his job and said he wanted to make me happy. This warmed my heart. I truly recommend this Potbelly the service was very good. I wish to thank the wonderful workers who greeted me. I highly recommend this Potbelly.
