We have been to this location many times, but last night was a terrible experience. We went to celebrate our 24th anniversary. The staff at the host stand was disengaged and unfriendly. We had to ask 4 times for a table & were never asked for a name for a waitlist. Finally we made a quick reservation & went back to the host stand at the time of our reservation & were still told that no tables were available. The place was busy and it took 20 minutes to get drinks we ordered initially and then for refills. Our waitress was sweet and kind and was doing her best, but I think she had a lot of tables because it just took really long to get our requests in . I think the place needs more servers. My mom ordered the filet medallions which cost a lot . She ordered medium and they were overcooked and tough and she didn't eat 90 percent of this meal. There was no busing of the tables so...

walked in & was greated by aj & Joshua...they were very friendly & inviting...did a tasting with bridgette...she was very friendly & knowledgeable. sat at the bar with jamie...she was also so nice & told me so much about the wine club. the manager Eric fox came over & asked how everything was going...overall a great experience & I would come back!
