Another great night out at Cooper's hawk Saturday night. Started with with the wedge salad,I ordered the short ribs, very good , my wife ordered the filet,of course we finished off with a bottle of Chardonnay.Busy night everything was great.

Tucker greeted me, escorted me to the table, and made pleasant small talk along the way. He's a charming young man and an ideal choice for an host. While I was seated at the table waiting for my friend to arrive, waitress Nancy was attentive to me. She continued to be particularly attentive to the two of us ladies. My husband and I as well as our friends enjoy this restaurant. The food is always nicely served, healthy in preparation, and often comes in vegetarian/vegan options. The servers are excellent: they're always available if we need something but they never make us feel rushed. We always feel welcome at any of your locations. We also like your reservations system where you send us a confirmation and a reminder.
