Orange Chicken was not what I expected. Barely any sauce stuck to it. Not good quality chicken. Maybe I need to try the Mongolian Beef next time instead.

Where to start. The lady that answers the phone needs training on how to respond to customers. Second, they have the option for delivery but they don’t deliver no problem just fix that. Third went for a pick up got my food. Finally ate and the lo mein was very bland a mush. The bbq pork was dry and unseasoned not bbq pork. Orange chicken taste like the Walmart brand orange chicken with sauce packets. The pot stickers were the only thing not bad tasting in the items I ordered. Good luck to future customers hope you get a better experience.

Outstanding Chinese food! Huge portions at very reasonable prices. The best take-out Chinese we have found in the Chicago area by far.

I've been going to Sing Kee since I moved to Wheeling 7 years ago. I have ordered many different things on the menu and everything was good - well-prepared and appropriately seasoned. Their Egg Rolls are very good also, but what makes me rave about Sing Kee is their Won Ton soup. The Won Ton soup is obviously home made and the owner takes great pride in her chicken stock which is made fresh daily. Portions are generous - cartons are always filled to overflowing - and the prices are very reasonable. Fancy - no, but good food at reasonable prices.

I am very disappointed by my experience with this restaurant. I tried to make a takeout order and was treated so rudely by the woman who answered the phone. I called at 4:40pm to make an order, checking with the business if they were open. She said yes, then hung up on me. I was on the other line and told the other person I would call them back, she thought I was talking to her, so I laughed it off and apologized. I called her back to ask if she had egg foo young, because it's not always on the menu at Chinese restaurants anymore. She said of course, the only time they don't have egg foo young is when they run out. I asked if they had chicken egg foo young right now, and she said yes, then hung up on me. I was really confused by her behavior. I thought we were disconnected, and called back. No answer. Now it was 4:46pm. Not wanting to think that she had really hung up on me so many times, I called using a different phone line. She answered. I said I wanted to order for takeout, then she said they were closed. I said we've been on the phone trying to order, and you've never told us you're closed. She said they close at 5. I thanked her. I told my friend the restaurant closed at 5 and wouldn't take our order. My friend went there at 4:50pm, desperate for chicken egg foo young, and she served him. Lucky for him, they had It. My phone numbers are probably banned! Restaurants have a right to refuse service, I understand. It is disappointing, because I thought it was a silly misunderstanding and apologized but she must have felt otherwise. I also order food for catering orders for meetings, and I was looking for restaurants nearby. I was looking for a new restaurant and my usual places were closed for the holiday. After this experience, I would not feel confident that any catering order would be filled properly.

This place slaps. I ordered the beef lo mein lunch special which was cheap and delicious. Furthermore, inside the restaurant was a pile of books which included two “animorph” books which entertained me with their bizarre and wacky cover art while I waited for my order. Also the fact that the lunch special came with an egg roll was the cherry on top of my day. My friend Sabrina complained a lot about her Mongolian beef but I tried it and I thought it was fine, honestly I think she’s just a picky eater. Overall: delicious, fun, and exciting; a superb experience. 5/5
