“I usually have a very good experience here which is why I put 4 stars but unfortunately today the guy at the drive thru was not very friendly. You could immediately see he was very annoyed and truly seemed like he hated dealing with people. I understand everyone has rough days but there is no need to put on a mean face towards customers. Unfortunately I did not catch his name but I’m sure he knew that his attitude and unfriendliness was not okay at all and I hope he changes his attitude towards others.“
“I came as I do every other week for a meeting. I was early and asked for a small glass of water. I was told NEW POLICY unless you purchase something which I will be in 20 minutes I couldn't have water. WTH. If I didn't have a scheduled meeting I definitely would have left. Never a problem at any other locations?“
“Really kind and fast service. Sometimes lines are a little long, and it's a Target starbucks, so it's not the same feel. However, there are tables you can sit at and meet a friend for a drink. The drinks are the same and it's really fun/comfotable to shop while enjoying your drink.“
