The staff at this location are always friendly. Unfortunately my drink was a total waste of money. My personal cup is opaque so I didn't notice until I got to work, but the cup was 80% full of ice - and not the kind with space in between - the little ball kind that you get in polar pops. No space in between for my drink. When I shook the cup, the ice barely moved. So I paid upwards of $7 for about 6 ounces despite ordering a venti.
I was apprehensive about going to Starbucks already due to their politics and union busting - but this was really the last straw for me. I won't be coming back and wasting my hard earned money on 2 sips of coffee.

After I was waiting 15 minutes for an small regular coffee at Drive Thru with a baby in the car they forgot about my milk and sugar. When I came back to ask they gave me attitude… one star is too much for this place. 0*****

I am very upset with my experience here. The employee KARLO is extremely rude for no reason. KARLO decided to not tell us that they don't have the big straws when we ordered several drinks with the new pearls. When I went back to ask for the big straws, KARLO decided to very rudely tell me that they are somehow all out of the big straws. Not only that, they forgot to give me the pearls in one of my drinks which are $2 extra. I had to turn around and come all the way back. KARLO decided to not even speak to me and instead hand me a business card when I was nicely asking for something simple. I am extremely upset, DO NOT COME HERE, and l am especially upset with KARLO. Easy 1 star review, all because of that one employee.

BAD SERVICE!!very good place to stop by for a drink before I had to go to work but with the service they gave me today I highly doubt it will happen again I wanted to bring my family something delicious and refreshing and when I wanted to place the order for around 50 dollars for several drinks, the employee responded saying sorry but I can’t we are too busy i can only give you two drinks , I just left and said thank you.
Overly expensive coffee that has a burnt flavor. Dunkin/McDonalds is less expensive and tastier coffee

I went tonight and Kyle took my order and made my drink. It was wrong and I went back to have it remade. For a $8 drink you’d think it’s correct the first time. I went back and he made it wrong again on purpose.I would avoid this location.
