I waited today, March 25, 2025, at lunchtime for 7 minutes near the cash register. The girls saw that I was standing there, but none of them even said please wait and we will come to you soon. The service here is terrible. I understand that there is a lot of work, but saying a few words to the client so that he waits is probably a problem for the staff (((I didn’t take anything and left. I think the staff doesn’t care, it’s not their business. It’s a shame.

Sorry but this Starbucks needs better management. The stuff is kind but every time I came, they were not at the front desk. Maybe they need more employees because they do all the work themselves. But yeah…

This is what you would get when they are out of ingredients. The employee never asked me if it would be okay and told me “We are out of dragon fruit but the taste is same.” Never said sorry, never suggested alternatives - it was just what it was. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!
