As a 3+ times a week regular, I've never had any real issues at this store, and everyone has always been welcoming and wonderful.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I can’t contain myself any longer as I drive an average of 150 miles per day. I visit many Starbucks throughout the day. I’ve been visiting the store for the last four years and I must say this is the absolute best Store. I’m excited to come to the store because I know I’m gonna be with great service ,Smiles , and genuine interaction with the staff this location byfar in my humble opinion is one of the best locations I visited

They just don’t make it good
The service today was terrible! One employee couldn’t take our order correctly. She ran off to help another drive-thru customer. When I tried to call her to finish our order, she pretended she didn’t hear me. No one else came to the register. After I mentioned I wanted to order, Manager Nat finally approached me. I then had a chance to fix the previous order. However, Manager Nat was very rude. She didn’t let me explain what happened and spoke over me while the other girl listened but didn’t come to help.
This was my first bad experience with Starbucks. I am really disappointed. It seems like you are hiring people who don’t understand customer service and calling them managers.
