Nothing but bad experiences at this location, many time i order and they always miss a ingredient on my drink, also they take forever, I understand you might be busy but I’ve been inside and i see how they work, so thats the reason i no longer order from this store, the one by BG (Arlington heights road and Dundee is the best one, well but yesterday i ordered through doordash because I’ve been sick so I don’t feel to go out, i ordered the White Chocolate Strawberry Cream Cold Brew, first try they were missing the chocolate curls topping, so I contacted doordash and they send me another one and yes it was also missing the topping, so I decided to go there I didn’t want to order again and have the same mistake, when i got there I talked to a young guy with glasses and short curly hair and it seemed like he didn’t even care, he was gonna make me new drink I could just accepted and walk away, but thats not the point this location has done my drinks wrong almost every time, when i walk away I heard some girl say “thank you” with a funny tone, i know they are kids and need to work but also this drinks are not cheap to just let it go.

It does not matter what time you order your drink. It is going to take this Starbucks 20 minutes to make your drink. After you’ve waited 20 minutes to get your drink you’ll take a sip and realize that not only did they take forever to make a cup of coffee, they also made it wrong.
This Starbucks is not a place you can go to before work or if you have somewhere to be because then your drink takes longer than 20 minutes make.
I started going to this Starbucks when I moved to the area about 6 months ago. I’ve played around with ordering in advance, ordering in person and ordering by the drive through. Every single time, no matter the time of day, 20 minutes or more.
Even today when I ordered. I waited until the app said the drink was ready but had to wait an additional 10 minutes when I went in to get the drink although I had ordered it 15 minutes before.
I am a 4x a week or more customer as I work long hours starting in the early morning. I have for the most part completely taken my business to a different Starbucks (any other Starbucks and I don’t have this issue) but, occasionally as I leave my house, I think: “ last time was just a one off, it won’t be that way this time” and I give it another try. To be let down again and even more frustrated because they’ve done it to me countless time before.
The staff is friendly for the most part so at least there’s one positive.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I can’t contain myself any longer as I drive an average of 150 miles per day. I visit many Starbucks throughout the day. I’ve been visiting the store for the last four years and I must say this is the absolute best Store. I’m excited to come to the store because I know I’m gonna be with great service ,Smiles , and genuine interaction with the staff this location byfar in my humble opinion is one of the best locations I visited
I demand to fire a working guy with a beard today, I ordered an order for him and he didn't do it cheeky, I also left him tips... because of a bad man, I demand to fire him today
