The service today was terrible! One employee couldn’t take our order correctly. She ran off to help another drive-thru customer. When I tried to call her to finish our order, she pretended she didn’t hear me. No one else came to the register. After I mentioned I wanted to order, Manager Nat finally approached me. I then had a chance to fix the previous order. However, Manager Nat was very rude. She didn’t let me explain what happened and spoke over me while the other girl listened but didn’t come to help. This was my first bad experience with Starbucks. I am really disappointed. It seems like you are hiring people who don’t understand customer service and calling them managers.

Worst Starbucks location ever . I’ve had multiple horrible experiences . My drinks always partially empty or a combo or being empty and not tasting like the drink I ordered . Stop writing notes on your cups and focus on making the drink right !!!!

I dont like the bathroom to make all gender can use it. It's not feeling clean for a woman. They should make it separately.
We came to this Starbucks with our kids around 4:40 PM, planning to sit down for a quick break and feed the babies. We were hoping to grab a coffee and feed them with a single order of Starbucks potatoes.
Unfortunately, the doors were locked, and only the drive-through was available — which doesn’t work when you have strollers. We tried to place an order, but it was declined, stuff was rude. In the end, we were left without coffee and, more importantly, with hungry babies in the heat. Very disappointing experience.

I came as I do every other week for a meeting. I was early and asked for a small glass of water. I was told NEW POLICY unless you purchase something which I will be in 20 minutes I couldn't have water. WTH. If I didn't have a scheduled meeting I definitely would have left. Never a problem at any other locations?
