I came as I do every other week for a meeting. I was early and asked for a small glass of water. I was told NEW POLICY unless you purchase something which I will be in 20 minutes I couldn't have water. WTH. If I didn't have a scheduled meeting I definitely would have left. Never a problem at any other locations?

Unfortunately, they don’t pay any attention to the orders on my moble app. The past 3 times i’ve ordered from here my order is incorrect l, and it sucks because im paying extra, just for Starbucks not to pay attention to special orders…. Definitely not coming back for a while…..

Today I got coffee from Starbucks, and it was really good. I decided to write a review because a few days ago, I bought coffee in Des Plaines, and it was terribly burnt. My friend and I asked for a remake, but it was even worse, which upset us. Today, I’m sure it’s not about Starbucks but about the people who know how to make coffee. I hope the issue in Des Plaines will be resolved soon. Thank you!
