The man sitting at the table checking ID’s is Extremely rude! I came in and he asked for my ID, I gladly let him check it, and it seemed like he was having trouble understanding I’m not from here (native Oklahoman with a vertical ID). Stared at my ID uncomfortably long then all the sudden told me it was invalid. My two friends who came in with me, one of them being transgender, was treated with extreme rudeness. The man looked him up and down after he told him he had a valid horizontal ID, and told him “no, it’s okay.” Like what?? Would NEVER recommend this place. Extremely poor attitude and disgusting behavior from that employee.

1st time there and last. They guy who maintain the slot machines keep calling me sir. Next I see is him slamming the cash box down next to tell me it time go. He needed to replace the bill validator. My first 2 times there. First and last. Not way to treat a firt time player at stella.

was given serious attitude by the employee when I came in to order a latte. she said they didn’t sell lattes, even though it was on the menu behind her lol maybe don’t label your business as a “cafe” on google maps.

I just sent an email to the owner. I had the worst experience with a male employee of the place located in Wheeling.I'm going to wait for the owner's response before posting what happened. I had no choice but to take pictures and a video of the most rude and disrespectful employee I've ever met. This shop doesn't even deserve one star and all because of his disgusting attitude.I hope the owner contacts me.

STAY AWAY machines do NOT pay. See video attached. I actually recorded over 50 spins at max bet of $4 and nothing. $1800 in 2 hours hit 4 bonuses and each paid me $20.A lady was walking out and said exactly how I felt “ does anyone ever win at these places anymore”?I will never step foot in this place again. I am pretty sure they are NOT regulated. Hey but if you want to give them your driver license info you can win a air purifier but hey if it gets people in to throw their hard earned money away why not. Shameful
