Ordered a salad to eat at the location . They do not stock plastic knives , only forks. I ended up with a sliced tomato and a sliced cucumber on my lap and my shirt . . Staff were very apologetic . I drove over to the subway on Elmhurst Road about a mile away. They had forks and knives. The owner Mike was also very apologetic for the other Subway on Dundee Rd🤣

I must say that I am extremely happy with my experience here. I asked if they could wrap my footlong into 2 pieces since I save half for a different meal and they gladly did. Then when I went the next day to eat it I was half expecting partially soggy bread like I've had from other places and it was as if it was just made! When bread gets soggy I will take the inside and make a salad or eat on crackers but I'm happy to eat a sandwich like I wanted! Keep up the good work!

The young guy that helps us is always friendly and does our orders better than the location inside the walmart. Hes also really nice to my kids especially my 3 year old who likes to touch and be all over the place. What this amazing worker doesnt know is that my son has level 3 Autism. So its pretty hard for my son to stay still. His kidness and welcoming demeanor means so much to us every time we go there. Yes the prices are higher now than before which is why we only go with coupons this time we spent $50 for 3 foot longs two of which were meals but hes pretty awesome at making our sandwiches so its okay.

Skimpiest sandwich ever. Asked for more spinach and got 6 leaves of spinach. Asked for more jalepenos got 5 slices. Worst subway by far
I always order curbside pickup and they don’t bring it out I wait minutes and nothing so I end up going inside if you don’t want curbside remove the option
