Recently went in for a KFC family meal. I've been here before and it's your standard fast-food experience, nothing special.
Today, I returned after some time and the place was Busy! My order was taken right away, while waiting the few minutes, the manager approached me just to ensure I had been cared for. Meanwhile it being busy inside, multiple tables filled and people going about, it was also busy in the drive thru. I've got experience in the industry and was surprised at how well organized the team was and how quick they were and, most importantly.. the food.
Food was 10/10! Hot, definitely fresh, chicken was JUICY and delicious. I've Honestly NEVER had juicy chicken from KFC. hence why I am taking time to leave a review.
Everything was Great! Definitely will return. The price was fair after the coupon. It's obvious the team there Rocks.

This Taco Bell location really goes above and beyond! The customer service was excellent — the staff was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. The food came out quickly, was prepared efficiently, and tasted amazing — honestly better than other Taco Bells I’ve been to. Everything was hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered. Out of all the Taco Bells I’ve visited, this one truly stands out as the best. Highly recommend stopping by if you want great service and great food done right!

Decent Taco Bell. Terrible KFC. Taco Bell orders are usually done right. KFC orders are poorly prepared. Ordered an 8 piece bucket and picked it up the moment it was ready. Drove less than 5 minutes to my house and opened up the chicken to find it was soggy and mushy and the breading just fell off most of the chicken, leaving a greasy, disgusting mess. Across the street is a Popeyes and their fried chicken is crunchy and not nearly as greasy and gross.
For some reason, you can use the KFC all here, but not the taco Bell app.
I'll return for Taco Bell, but I will never get KFC from this location again.

Staff was rude it seemed to put out that I wanted ketchup no greeting at the drive-thru seems to change people taking the order twice handed me my changed and slammed the window
Can’t order online for Taco Bell but you can for kfc. I want to use my Taco Bell free reward so now I have to drive to another Taco Bell instead of this one

Just get the T Bell from here it’s solid and opens late The KFC comes cold and the chicken is rubbery Idk if that speaks to the quality of KFC vs TB as a whole or just this location
