This KFC is delicious it was like it was 20 years ago.. I had decided to give up on KFC because everywhere I went it was nasty but THE WHEELING LOCATION IS DELICIOUS. I THINK THE COOK HAS SOUL BECAUSE THE CHICKEN HAD A TASTE.

Got stale food and wrong food. Guy at register couldn't understand my order. When I tried to bring it up with manager, he argued with me and then got the cashier who couldn't understand me in the first place. Nobody gave a crap. Worst Taco Bell I ever experienced and that is a low, low bar to clear.

Food quality is so bad now. Keep getting food that's either already spoiled or moldy. I assume not rotating food properly, but must at the least be mishandling. I've never seen moldy fast food before today that I can recall, and this is too many counts for spoiled food, one of the times were beans which I would expect to last longer than most ingredients. Stale hard shells were the least of my worries but also an issue

Food is always slow and wrong, skimps on essential ingredients besides vegetables, maybe like 6-8 pieces of steak in the new chalupa box in two chalupa tacos ?. Stop buying from Taco Bell like i am. Save yourself the trouble and the head ache. Not coming back here again. This company is going to die soon and I’m happy about it

they got all our order wrong. charged for a variety pack of 12 taco, only got 12 soft. and forgot nachos.
