Read the other reviews, this location overcharges and fraudulently orders you different items and upsizes combos without request in order to charge more. I noticed the price was outrageous and asked my order to be read back to me. I stated what I ordered and what the price is shown on their own sign, and the kid at the window just repeatedly said “uh huh” and handed me food in which I didn’t order. No apology, no attempt to even correct the order. They also automatically “large” size combos. I wasn’t going to argue over $5, but beware. They are rip-off artists….

This was the worst location and experience I have had with Taco Bell! They overcharged me for the taco box I noticed when I came home the price didn’t add up! I called once and someone answered and was talking to someone else about my call in a different language rudely! I kept saying hello and they do do my say anything just had the phone on for a good 6 mins! They then hung up on me for no reason. I called back it rang someone picked up then they hung up on me without saying anything! The employee on this part I felt were disrespectful for not helping a customer this is how you lose service and business!

Elsa on 150 E Dundee Rd, Wheeling, IL. 60090 in drive through simply refused to give extra sauce even with money, cursed, yelled and asked me to get away. Faked that other person was a manager, laughed, mocked and said I could do nothing as she works there. (1/18/24)Today she repeated passive aggressiveness again. (1/19/24)This location is a gang and I will pursue it . Extremely worthless and I know Elsa is a demon.

Literally sucks. Very rude behavior for taking orders. Not a customer friendly location at all and the way of packing sucks too. Waste of time to drive I don’t understand this scenario wherever I go for Taco Bell they sucks with staff and ordering am I only once facing this or everyone having issues like this I have no idea especially kfc with Taco Bell no need say anything directly we can put 0 star rating for that location it’s my experience ☹️☹️☹️☹️

A girl cashier around 7:30 pm to 8 pmI order 2 meals . 2 orders 3 pc meal dark meat and 2 crunchy tacos no lettuce no tomatoes . Never got my tacos and my receipt either I call 230 times no one answer how can I complain ?? I never got my tacos she charge me 27 dollars . She was rude

I could not believe at the service in this Taco Bell. First of all, the price seemed a lot pricier than my regular Taco Bell, and so I asked to confirm the price and the drive thru working was very rude about it. I asked for sauces later on and then she practically threw the bag with sauces at me. I asked her why she was being rude to me and she said that I should have been more patient! I asked for her name later and she said she will not give it to me and was telling me if I wanted to talk to the manager I can come inside. I didn't want to go inside as my family was also on the car and instead the manager came to us in the drive thru. I was confused to as why she told me to come inside to speak with the manager when she could have just came here. When the manager came, she asked what as going on and the worker said that I was not being patient and asked too many questions. One of the two, I don't remember who, closed the window on me while I was talking. The manager then opened the window and told me if I wanted to call then I can and also said that the worker's name was Elsa. But so called "Elsa" was laughing in the back, so I asked if she was sure. She said she was and she told me the have a nice day, being dismissive and all, and I drove away, with a ruined day.I looked over the other reviews and it seems like everyone else had a similar experience. I'm sorry to hear about that and I totally understand what happened. Not planning to come back again.
