I am partial to Granny's because this is a restaurant I used to go to when I would ditch class back in high school in the mid to late '80s.
While nostalgia plays role, this restaurant is fantastic on all levels. The decor is very kitchy and comfortable. It's a family-owned restaurant, not a chain. The wait staff are awesome and seem very happy to be there. The food is fantastic. Think Americana with a mix of some Greek. Everything I've had there tastes amazing. I totally recommend the tortilla soup.

Service was overall great. I went at a busy time but was able to get a seat I within 5 minutes. This place has a diner feeling and overall clean. Food however was okay. I also got the vanilla cappuccino and it was so sweet... Probably one one of the worst I've ever had. Pancakes are fluffy and good. I got the Greek skillet and it was good, nothing special. Also got the potato pancake and it tasted unseasoned.

Granny would be rolling over in her grave if she knew the experience we just had. The Mexican skillet was so spicy that I’m going to have a death grip on the porcelain throne later. Who leaves the seeds and stems in jalepenos when putting them on breakfast food? The waitress got our order wrong three times. The manager said he would remake one of the skillets that was supposed to have over medium eggs instead of scrambled and he came back in 2.5 seconds with different eggs on top and let reminisce of the scrambled. No remake occurred. And then blamed it on the waitress??? Also, had to go grab our own silverware off a table nearby. Idk who granny is but yall ain’t making her proud.

Nice local breakfast place! We particularly appreciated the lady who took our order. Our son wanted a specific order that was not listed on the menu. We were ordering his separately piece by piece, but she suggested we change one of our other orders to accommodate him. Great service!

We stumbled upon this place after not making it on time to our first breakfast option. We were glad to have done so! This place was great. The whole staff was super welcoming, food tasted flavorful n delicious, and overall inexpensive for the quality - we'll def be back.
Excellent service, the waitress passed by and asked at every moment if I wanted coffee or if everything was okay!

Love this place! The food is fantastic! It feels like home cooking, and the prices can't be beat. They are so welcoming to the kids and treat you like family. Kid-friendliness: They have coloring pages with crayons ready for the kids. They have lollipops at the end that they ask first before offering. They have never made us feel like a burden, and with 3 kids 4 and under, we are a handful.
