Horrible experience completely ignored by Kelly the waitress. They have signs up for Octoberfest beer that is onsale but they don’t even have it in stock. Kelly would just walk by our table and not ask if we needed anything. My beer sat at the bar getting warm while once again Kelly disappeared. A table that came on after us got all her attention, they sat and talked and put the order in all while us who were there for 15 minutes still waited to put our order in. The guy behind us got up and left after they got their drink cause it was so bad. The manager did not care either she got more upset we did not tip for bad service instead of service we got provided. The food was warm not hot even do we at there. Horrible customer service would not recommend

I ordered a to go order. Here are my thoughts.
Boneless wings: good amount of sauce but the wings themself are more breading than chicken and the chicken looks weird.
Celery: fresh. No bruises.
Bacon patty melt: slightly burnt bread but very tasty. Never got either of the Salsa and chips that came on the side (2)

Just walked in, was greeted by a very amazing and friendly guy at front desk. When we were about to be seated by him an older blonde lady in a ponytail told him to seat us at a different table. We asked him kindly if we could not sit in the front just because it was next to the entrance. The lady then proceeded to kick us out because we had an “outside drink”. If our drink was an issue, we could have simply thrown it out. She just wanted us to sit in her section and when she didn’t get her way proceeded to kick customers out. Incredibly horrible behavior that needs to be addressed.

Visited for bottomless wings!! We had both the traditional & boneless. Please note you have to purchase the deal for each person. No sharing. Also there is no carry outs. Although I came for the wings the fries were sooooo good!
I noted that there was only 1 bartender making drinks & serving the bar and she was working the room. Everything came out timely & she also ran her own food!
We live by midway airport & this is our preferred location. Well worth the extra drive.

Service was great!
Let’s keep it short and sweet, she bar tender was trash at pouring beer. Took at least 5 minutes for the drink to rest. The food was gas though

Is Buffalo Wild Wings doing war time rationing for sauce nowadays? My wife and I ordered our dinner from here. Original Buffalo and Parmesan Garlic. My wife's wings had some sauce but not nearly the amount you'd expect on wings and mine (Original Buffalo) might as well have been naked wings. They were clearly tossed in some sauce; a tablespoon or two but for 15 wings it was far too little.
When I arrived to pick the wings up, 6 minutes after the pickup time I was told, they were already cold.
I understand we ordered close to closing time and if it weren't for that I'd of asked for them to be remade or refunded.
Extremely disappointed in the Willowbrook location. We ended up eating them because we were both starving after not eating all day at work but I'll be trying the Bolingbrook location from now on.

I had a deeply disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings recently. Despite presenting a valid, state-issued Real ID that I just had renewed two months ago, I was refused service because the staff claimed it “didn’t look like me.” This is not only offensive, but also unacceptable.
I understand the importance of ID verification, but when you dismiss a legal form of identification without reasonable cause, it becomes discrimination—not policy. I left feeling embarrassed and disrespected, especially considering how much business I’ve brought to this location in the past.
I hope Buffalo Wild Wings addresses how they train their staff to handle situations like this. Turning away customers based on subjective judgment rather than official documentation is not good business.
I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone who expects to be treated fairly.

Horrible experience, order food to go but when showed up I asked to sit down to eat. They ended up kicking me out and said I’m not allowed to sit down and eat the food I order. DO NOT EAT FROM HERE the people that work here have no soul.

Treat yourself to better options for wings. I ordered tenders and they were good and juicy, but the spicy garlic sauce was not there, unless it's a dry rub, which I doubt. The boneless wings are not worth it, like cafeteria wings. Not that much sauce. You deserve better, just go to another place for higher quality food I think. The service was good though, and it was fast.

It was just all around horrible! We waited for about 45-50 minutes until we got one of two meals and then 10-15 minutes afterwards I guess they finally decided to bring mine...also they were doing some stupid online receipt thing where you got a link through a message so we asked for an actual receipt and she kinda walked past and dropped it on our table (almost in the food). To add on to that we had to ask them to actually wipe off the table because there was still food all over it (table was clean but there was food in the ground as well)
We were planning on being there maybe 45-60 minutes but ended up being there almost 2 hours because of all the problems above
One more thing... The servers didn't even seem like they were doing their jobs because the manager had to come out and bring food to tables
EDIT: April 6th sooo this time was a little bit better but not too much better because when I got there they were kind of just standing in a little group by the register and while it seemed like they had plenty of heads to put together they still forgot the sauce that comes with the fried pickles, there were 15/20 pickles accounted for, all the ranchs were halfway filled, forks and knifes were forgotten about, and I still have to check the rest of the food to see if I've been jiped more than what I've already seen. The food is good just you might not get everything you order AND paided for...
Went early on a Saturday. Lots of kids. Good food options for small kids. Healthy and respectful environment for kids to watch sports.
