Unique place ! Unbelievable food ! ERASMO provided Top Notch service !!! Hostess who I unfortunately don't know her name helped us with our future reservation. We live almost 50 miles from the restaurant and are looking forward to come back again in the near future.
We frequent this restaurant and this was the first time we were disappointed. Our appetizer came out cold and when replaced, it was dried out. We did not eat it but they still charged us. The restaurant is extremely loud!
I dine here with my husband about once a month. Recommend making dinner reservations 1-2 days in advance for a Thursday-Sunday dinner, especially for parties of 3 or more. Food is absolutely fabulous, from seafood to chicken to steak to pasta!!! I have never had a mediocre meal. Delicious everytime. Capri has the best bread & oil. Staff & service prompt, courteous, attentive, especially Linda & Kelly. Atmosphere is lively, sometimes boisterous, people have a good time here, lovely decor. Highly recommend for a date, anniversary, birthday, corporate dinner, friend gathering. May have to search a bit for a close parking spot, but there is valet & parking is available in the adjacent grocery store parking lot.

Tables are too closely packed in and the noise level is very high. Food and service is always very good.
Reserved a spot for 2 at 6:15. Arrived on time asking for the table.
The 2 women working at the entrance told me i cannot take the table, or order food until the other person arriving gets here.
My friend was stuck in traffic and eta was 10 minutes literally and we have been denied the option to take the RESERVED table OR to order food because we not both here.
I cant understand how such a serious and good standing restaurant can allow itself to employ such people to ruin the name of this place. Im literally looking at 3 empty tables and no one other waiting for a table.
As you can see in the picture the waiting room spot is completely empty. What a disgrace..

I’ve been coming to Gigi’s Capri for years and have always loved the food and service. We came here for dinner last week. The vibe is very Italian, dimly lit and Sinatra playing. My only criticism is the tables are too close in the main dining room. This time we had Mo as our server and absolutely loved him. He was personable, friendly and provided attentive service. My husband and I each had a glass of Chianti and then shared the eggplant rolls. They were so light and creamy. Hubby had a salad and I had soup. I like that you get one or the other with an entree. My husband and I each had the homemade rigatoni for dinner. That is my absolute favorite pasta at Capri. Homemade deliciousness. The portion is generous, too. I think Capri always serves good food any time I visit. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

Always my favorite. As a daily diner, this place just doesn't miss. The food is Always on point, service is old school Italian. Prompt, but not pushy. The place was decorated to 10plus for Christmas. I've been coming back for 15 years and it has never changed.

Capri by GiGi is a baby sister of Capri Ristorante. It's right next door. The food is excellent. Cooked by the same chefs for Capri Ristorante. Traditional Italian dishes. They use fresh ingredients. Each dish is prepared fresh. The service was good. Our wait staff was nice and helpful. After 7 the resturant has a DJ it's a whole vibe. It's a smaller space and slightly younger crowd. I would love to go back!

It was just ok. The place was over priced for mediocre food. And it was cold inside.
My advice...choose someplace.

It was a very disappointing experience and we will never go back or recommend this restaurant. Seated behind a swinging kitchen door. The other choice was next to the concierge desk, by the entrance and people waiting to be seated. Trays of food were constantly coming out of the kitchen over our heads. Very loud DISCO music being played. We could not converse. When we mentioned this to the hostess she said nothing she can do. Music is the owners choice. It was Christmas for heavens sake in an Italian restaurant. Our waiter was very good did his best to make us comfortable amongst the kitchen chaos. Bread and salads and soup was delicious. Our entrees however were lacking in presentation, flavor and quality ingredients. I won't go into each of the five different entrees other that to say what was taken home was inedible and was pitched. We had reservations December 13 at 5pm. Informed that we could only stay 2hours. Couldn't wait to get out of there. Valet parking not available till 5pm. Inconvenient for older and disabled party members. And my issue. No tablecloths?

Love this restaurant but this Christmas Eve lasagna catering order was terrible. Maybe since they had a huge amount of orders the quality was lost. Very dry, one tray was overcooked and the other not cooked enough. My guest were not impressed when I chalked it up.
