The fries are beyond salty!! I thought it was a mistake one day and called, the Manager told me to come back and request lightly salted fries, ok came back and did so. I was told the can't lightly salt the fries. Tried a different location and it was normal. The amount of salt they use is ridiculous and abnormal. It's been on numerous occasions. Other than that, food is decent. Put the salt shaker down! 😔🧂🧂🧂🧂🥴

If I could give 10 stars I would, just for the way they say “my pleasure.” Like—no one else means it like they do. You could ask them for a napkin, and somehow it feels like they just offered you emotional support and a life plan.
The free breakfast promo? Oh, I’m there like clockwork. I’ve never been so loyal to an app notification in my life. Whoever came up with that deserves an honorary degree in happiness. The chicken biscuits alone could end arguments and heal family trauma.
The place is spotless—like I dropped a fry and considered using the five-minute rule. The staff greet you like you just came home from war. I half expected a “Welcome back, soldier” when I walked in.
Chick-fil-A has me out here saying “my pleasure” to my coworkers now, unprompted. It’s contagious.
If you’re reading this instead of going to get that free breakfast, I just want you to know—you’re wasting valuable biscuit time.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Chick-fil-A. The food was drenched in grease, and it was obvious the oil hadn’t been changed in a long time. We specifically asked for it to be fixed, waited over 20 minutes, and nothing changed — they just gave us the same food back. The manager on duty didn’t seem interested in fixing the problem at all, which was even more frustrating. For a place that claims to care about quality and customer service, this was a total letdown.

A great family friendly atmosphere, great service cashier was super nice helped me friend a good high protein option, FOOD WAS OUT IN 2 seconds , who ever was running the back knew what they were doing! barley sat down and the food was alr walking towards me ! Food tasted great 10/10
