Chipotle Mexican Grill

What is going on with the quality? Chicken is not charred and looks SEASONED. I asked for medium salsa but I got pico de gallo. My husband reluctantly took the order because busy. This pic us seasoned chicken. Why? Glad to see that brown rice is fully cooked which was not good for the teeth biting in.

400$ worth of food !!!!! NOT ONE Order right.

Mortified!!!!!!!!!!!! I have to preface this. I don't leave many reviews. Typically 5 stars or 0/1 star. I hate leaving bad reviews, but others need to be notified.

Never ordering from this location AGAIN. Placed a lunch order for a group of 14 employees. Over $400 delivered (yes - includes tax and delivery)! Felt like we received about $150-175 worth of value here sadly.

Where do I start?!?!?! Almost every item had an issue. Incorrect protein on half the orders. 1/4 of the other orders were missing ingredients or incorrect ingredients. A large side of chips and queso were ordered. No queso. 3 small chips were ordered. EVERY bag of chips were stale. Bottle of Coke was tipped in a brown paper bag and must have been slightly dis-jarred in transit causing a slight leak. Bag was leaking and disintegrated. The size of my burrito looked very similar in size to a Taco Bell item. Did the food taste ok - yes, even for being mostly incorrect, but slightly warm/cold (due to delivery most likely, but could definitely have been hotter).

Sadly, disappointed is an understatement. Now, this isn't the first time with issues from this location. Like I said, I don't like to leave bad reviews, however, this was the third time in a row that there was some sort of issue. Another HUGE negative - is the customer support feature is virtually non-existent. There is no way to contact the physical store for any questions.

I can't say we are completely giving up in Chipotle in general. However, stay away from the Willowbrook, IL location until they clean their act up.

Very mediocre chipotle, don’t go here, they’ll give you half a bowl for the price of a full one.

Portion sizes are too small, half scoop of chicken or steak.
Your online chipotle.com help is not worth. Do something about that

Everytime I place a Togo lunch order here the order is never ready. Sometimes I am in a rush and picking up for a quick lunch from work and end up coming back late from lunch because the order isn’t ready. There is no sense of urgency and there was even one time I came and paid for guacamole through the app only to get there and they were “out of guacamole” after I’ve already paid for it. I truly dislike this location but it’s the closest within my proximity so I settle for it.

Worst experience ever! I come to chipotle frequently and me asking for a side of corn, was such an issue for Victoria and Abraham. I will be contacting, chipotle as well. I highly recommend NOT to come to this chipotle due to the lack of respect and hospitality for customer paying for their food.

Gave this location a few tries, Never satisfied! Always feel cheated on the portion sizes and when you ask for more it’s barely 1/2 a spoon. Additionally quality doesn’t always taste fresh. Rather drive the extra miles to a different location if it means adequate satisfaction!

There’s a tiny girl there that put like 5 beans in my bowl. I’m not even exaggerating. When I asked for more she sprinkled like 5 more on there. She skimped out on everything else too she was acting like it came out of her paycheck.

Staff was extremely rude. I asked for a chicken quesadilla with peppers. He gave me a mini taco tortilla with half heated cheese and put the chicken and peppers on the side and continued to be very rude. Will never come back to this location.

Went in at 3:30. Tables were all covered in food, no other customers were there. Had to ask, but they did wipe down the tables. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was poor.

The steak in one of my bowls was gristly and inedible. The lettuce in the bowl was the stump, also inedible. Very disappointing. The guacamole was brown and gross. The queso was old, we did not even attempt to eat it.
