It’s a chipotle. The food is good. It’s relatively healthy not that expensive. The portions are smaller than they were four years ago, but like I said, it’s chipotle.

Everytime i order here they mess up something on my order, stuff is never 100% correct. My last 3 orders in a row were missing something or not even the food i ordered. Check ur bags before u leave! Also it always looks so dirty, garbage overflowing, leftover food on tables.

I love the food, but the portions are unacceptable for the price. I’ve consistently received unacceptable portions at this location. I go out of my way to not preorder to avoid being shorted portions. You may have good food, but your portions make it a complete ripoff. Tell me Im crazy when you see my video.

Was disappointed with the cleanliness. The few tables I tried to sit down at were dirty. I finally wiped one off myself to sit down and noticed a dead bee on the windowsill next to me. I then saw a live bee on the window nearby so I packed up my food and left. Got home and was unsatisfied with my food. It was incredibly too salty. I ended up throwing about a 3rd of it away. I will not return to this location.

Terrible portion sizes. Would have thought I committed a crime for asking for an extra scoop of rice. Ended up with half a bowl and 11 chips.

Catering delivery experience was terrible from this location. Half of my order was missing when it arrived at my home and the Grubhub driver was not allowed to open any containers at the restaurant to confirm that the order was complete. I then had to spend my entire event attached to my email because that is how Chipotle resolves delivery issues, not to mention I don't have all the food for my guests that I relied on Chipotle to provide.

This location never picked up the phone to correct this, my missing order was never delivered to me and it took three days to hear from customer service with any resolution.

The food prep and dining areas were horribly dirty at the Kingery Road location tonight. Looks like no one has wiped anything down in the kitchen, serving line, or dining room all day! Garbage cans in dining area were overflowing. YUCK!

Did an online order, paid for double meat, extra corn, lettuce, and cheese. Tell me why i got a smaller amount of meat then if i had gone in person, and there was no extra added. In fact this was the smallest bowl ive ever gotten and I paid EXTRA for it. Its not coming out of their paycheck why are they doin me like this? It was almost like the person knew me and hated me and did it out of spite. Mondays are already hard and they just made it even harder. 1 Star. I have beef with the employees there now.

The last THREE times we picked up food from here the brown rice was stale or uncooked.
It tasted crunchy and disgusting.
We usually come here all the time. We will not be returning again. Three times is too many.

Surprised that Chipotle locations can differ so drastically. This location has slow service and poor quality food in comparison to others.
