CHI-SHACK has great food! I have eaten here multiple times and every time the food is so good. The people are great and courteous. Oh and the donuts are good.

My little brother could eat their large dipped Italian beef sandwich everyday for dinner if he could , but everything on their menu is delicious and freshly made. The staff is fantastic and have honestly made us feel like family since we are frequency customers oops 😅 but overall great food and people :)

Food was good not the best burger and fries I ever had but a solid 4 out of 5. Everything was fresh and cooked to perfection , definitely a solid burger.
I wouldn't be surprised if this place is popular amongst the H.S students across the street.
Staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean and food came out in a timely manner.
Also this place has a really good dessert menu specializing in donuts so it's definitely worth checking out.
I will definitely be back in the future to try out the rest of the menu.

Southside Chicago here, first time trying this food joint it was good asl you can tell its home made and not frozen, only con is wish when you order toasted buns its actually toasted but everything else is perfect. Even the ranch is fire, taste just like Wingstop ranch.. iykyk

With football right across the street this is a quick way to grab a bite to eat. About $40 for the three of us with milkshake. The hot Dog and double cheeseburger were very good and very polite staff.
Owner Ana gave our daughter a free donut too. She’s wonderful and very nice to talk with.
