The gals behind the counter do well- even when the line goes out the door.
When I tell you kids work there, kids work there...they didn't seem happy to take my order for myself and my daughter, no one was in sight upon entering. When they came out from the back, their vibes weren't welcoming, more like irritated. No wait time, no tables or chairs inside, only a single bench table outside.
Their ice cream was lovely.
I ordered a vanilla malt today. It looked good, tasted good until I got to about three inches from the bottom. I took the top off and there was a liquid- water like liquid- and small blobs of white. It wasn’t made with custard mixed with malt powder. I don’t know what it was.
I will not be back. I’ll go to Culver’s where they actually make a shake or malt.
I went there to get a icecream blizzard should have went to the other ugh. After ordering I watched the process I like seeing my icecream made sorry if that caused offense to the workers as I was given sides and called wierd. For watching icecream being made?!? On top of that it’s one of the worst icecream blizzards I’ve had poorly mixed and little add-ons to no.
Guys this place is fire
Dairy Queen is the best, nuff said..
Teens there are always rolling eyes gossiping and ignoring you. I order something they charge and then claim that's isn't working or we are out of that ect. They hate working and hate ppl.
I understand that the workers are teenagers but they seem bothered every time I have come here. I try to refrain from coming to this location simply due to the fact that said teenagers are not friendly and borderline rude but due to the convenience of the location, a friend and I decided to give it another chance yesterday evening (June 3rd).
The young man taking my order was very short/ not welcoming and I had asked for an extra scoop of cookie dough (which was 79¢) since they never put enough in the past. I got my blizzard and was not thanked by the young girl— not surprising.
The amount of cookie dough was the same as I’ve previously received at this location so the extra charge was essentially for nothing.
When my friend put in their order, the three people behind us received their orders and the workers had to be reminded of her blizzard which was just sitting behind the counter.
The whole thing is honestly laughable at this point but we will not be coming here again. The one in Woodridge on 75th is always great and the owner/manager is very friendly!
This place is so horrible. Customer service is so incompetent and the people whom work there are racist. Because we are of different color you have to be so rude. You guys should be ashamed of yourself. Although there is a petite young girl whom is the sweetest person around smiles and is so courteous. She shouldn't be working with these clowns. You deserve more. I wish I would have gotten her name. But I'm sure we all know whom were talking about. There is a thin tall guy and I think he put something in our ice cream because my daughter and I were so sick all night long. You guys need to get rid of him. Best DQ is in Westmont on Cass ave.

No butterscotch topping will not return until it returns. At least let the store have the option to carry it. Other ice-cream shops in the area.
Love the local dairy queen! Open late and year round
Kind workers and delicious, thick ice cream, the cakes were also super cheap
Great service. The workers were very nice and the store was nice and clean, too.

This Dairy Queen is a pretty standard location. It has no interior seating and it’s a few benches outside. The staff were nice and our blizzards came out quickly.
