Dell Rhea's Chicken Basket

I went to Dell Rheas chicken basket Sunday with my family. The food is always amazing. This week was a bit different than our other experiences. We were about to leave and it started to storm outside. There was a car in the parking lot that had its windows and sunroof open. The owner or manager was announcing that the car had had its windows and sunroof open. No one was replying. After a few minutes, somebody had realized that it was their vehicle. The gentleman whose vehicle it was, was having trouble closing his sunroof. The owner or manager went into the parking lot and assisted the gentleman and covering or closing his sunroof getting completely soaked in the rain. These are the things that go unnoticed as a manager or owner in this industry. I seen this because I was sitting in the parking lot in my truck getting ready to leave. I too oversee three hospitality operations and had to leave this review and give that man credit! GREAT JOB!!

Food is always great. Bathroom are disgusting. Unclean, broken toilet seats, dirty sinks and floors, and smelly like a port-a- potties.

This was our 4th year in a row we ordered the Thanksgiving Buffet from Del Rhea's. As usual everything was excellent! Order was ready on time, the food was excellent, and we had plenty of everything with leftovers! Warmed up a bit in the oven and good to go! This is a great alternative to cooking yourself! Thanks again Del Rhea's!

We also go there occasionally for lunch and/or takeout which is also always excellent! I was just there a week ago for lunch and the buffet was great and staff was very friendly as usual.

The chicken is the best. Servers and owner are friendly. It was decorated for Christmas so very festive.

I made an order today from there. I picked up the food once I got home. I opened the bag and I found out the food has bacon and I mentioned on the phone. I no need bacon so I called back the restaurant and I told them about the mistake they did and they say they can’t give me the money back to my card, but they can give me a credit. I say OK make me a different order. You have to make the same order for to get the credit. I don’t want the same anymore. Can you just make me another one and I will take care of the difference, they say no I’m the lady who spoke to me on the phone. She was very disrespectful and I would never recommend this place .bad customer service. And bad quality food
