Domino's Pizza

Earlier, this store used to be really good—tasty food and on-time delivery/pickup. Nowadays, possibly due to short staff or other reasons, orders are taking much longer than expected. The quality is still decent, but the delay is disappointing. They really need to improve their service

The manager at this Domino’s is a complete scammer and an absolute disgrace to the company. My order never arrived, and instead of taking responsibility, he lied and told me to contact a third party just to get rid of me. When I asked for the driver’s number, he refused. When I said I’d come to the store, he told me not to. Then he said, ‘Do whatever you want, complain if you want, I don’t care.’ That’s the level of ‘customer service’ you’ll get here. This manager is rude, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. Be careful they will take your money and treat you like you’re the problem.”

Extremely disappointing experience. My order never arrived, and when I contacted the store, the staff were shockingly rude. Instead of helping, they told me to contact a third party which was obviously just an excuse to avoid responsibility. They refused to explain where my order went or offer any solution. Completely unprofessional. I’ll never order from this location again. And plus they were very rude!

Need to stop using Ai for call in orders

My experience was unpleasant. The manger in Willowbrook. Il stated that I didn’t let them know through the app that I was in the parking lot waiting for my order through their curbside pickup system. I had already knew that I did. Once I showed him the evidence in my app, he quickly switched to their system being down. He could not argue against seeing that I did in fact notify them that I was waiting for my order. He immediately told me that he would let his manger know that their system was down. He said that he would call. I told him that I would share my experience on their website. The look on his face was priceless!

I order from this dominos 3 times a month. I’ve never had an issue with delivery until tonight (October 12th, 2025). An apparent “manager” called me and said that they “can’t deliver to my address as it’s past their delivery area.” This is a COMPLETE LIE!!! As I LITERALLY order from here every other week and never had an issue with delivery. She then states that her delivery drivers don’t feel safe driving to the area that I live. Which is insane as I don’t live in a “bad area”. The best part is as I’m explaining this to the so called “manager” by the way WHO WOULD NOT GIVE ME THEIR NAME!!! Was barely letting me speak on the phone and then hangs up on me. Dominos just lost a regular customer. This locations customer service is awful. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. As someone who works in customer service this “manager” was extremely rude and should not be a “manager”!!!

Ordered pizza for dinner last night by this morning pizza making my kids vomit

Ordered a pizza on the app with a carryout time of 15-25 min...showed up 40 min later and it was still not ready. If you're going to not be able to hit the time you quote customers, the least you can do is communicate that change. Instead I got to sit in the store for 10 minutes waiting.

get rid of the awful AI calling assistant. messed up my attempts at trying to order and couldn’t reroute me to a REAL person.

Extra Philly cheese steak, extra bacon, add onion and garlic, extra cheese and garlic sauce instead of traditional 🔥 well done and uncut. I'm weird and make it half squares and half regular 🍕 slices. Plus pizza always rides better in the car uncut and who doesn't have a pizza cutter?
