Overall place was dirty The light fixtures had about an inch of dust on them. There was old broken down equipment sitting off to the side. If it doesn't work I'd say throw it out. No reason to broadcast it. Very skimpy on the sandwich. No wonder these are starting to close one by one, nobody had hair nets on, granted they were wearing rubber gloves but they still touched everything else. So what's the point of wearing rubber gloves should be changed out every time you touch food. Nobody wipe down any tables.

Must have changed owners, food not nearly as good as it used to be, the bread is either stale or microwaved so it's tough and chewey, smaller portions, probably won't be going back

Place was filthy for us being the first customers, in the door floor was sticky by the pop machine. Bathrooms were disgusting and can’t say customer service was the greatest. Don’t even know if I want to eat this sandwich

Just today I bot 2 sandwiches. The hook and ladder was missing one of the meats and no mayo and deli mustard . The other one was chinsy on the meat. Again no mayo and mustard. I could have made a sandwich at home tasting far better. I can find much better places to spend $20. I won't go back.
Nice establishment here. I am a First Responder myself so I support. Great eats here - ample menu choices. Great flavor. Loving the Coke Machine option. Reasonable portions. Great lunch choice. The only issue was I couldn't use a giftcard when trying to order ahead using both the app and website.

Apparently there’s this continuous issue with ordering online and the workers not wanting to actually work before cut off time then try and use cut off time as an excuse even when the store hours are clearly put there for a reason. I also didn’t receive my sub through a T-Mobile Tuesday promotion and was forced to buy a bag of chips in order to try and redeem the promotion and was denied both the promotion and the bag of chips then I was told I could pick up the bag of chips the following day as if I was that desperate for a bag of chips to drag myself out of bed first thing in the morning to get a bag a chips when I could get a bag of chips from my local corner store. I was denied a refund so I had to dispute it with my credit card overall literally the worst service I’ve ever encountered simply because there was no service just excuses. Whoever owns this franchise should really consider getting new employees seems like they just show up to kill time and nothing else I read something about an how it took an hour to make a sub in the previous comments like no where in the world is a sub that good worth waiting an hour 4 if I could rate zeros stars I would. Also I reached out to corporate and I was told I’d receive points refunded to my account to replace the promotion that was months ago still no points I lost my T-Mobile Tuesday promotion and corporate doesn’t care about their customers wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Here's an idea: If you F up someone's order and make them sit there for like a half hr to get 1 sub...just simply apologize. It's that simple. Instead of ALSO being rude as hell when they ask about it. Being dismissive AND rude is not a stellar service model.

Tried to order through the app using a promotion but only my bag of chips went through. I asked the guy at the counter if I could cancel the chips when I arrived, he said no but to order through the app again. I had to buy another bag of chips to go with my sub for a T-Mobile promotion.Not happy that I had to order two bags of chips with my one sandwich but the sandwich was good.

2 stars. 4 star food but the guy behind the counter was something else. Apparently was his 2nd day at the register (?) He was short, thicker voice, dark hair, brown skin.There was an older woman who couldn't get some kind of coupon on her phone to work. Some kind of promo T-Mobile had going with Firehouse. In any event, she got frustrated bc she couldn't get it to work and asked for whatever order she had to be cancelled. She was very upset and even a little overbearing. She was older and understandably frustrated with her phone. She left the store and was very upset at T-Mobile and firehouse.What happened next is the reason I won't be coming back here. The guy I described above proceeded to then mock and ridicule the older woman after she left. He was so loud the remaining customers in the restaurant waiting for their order all started to look at each other in disbelief of how rude and obnoxious he was being. He stated he was going to help the woman but once she became upset he no longer was going to attempt to help her. Seriously though, how are you going to start mocking and being so disrespectful to your customers? Even if she was no longer in the store all the other customers were hearing him go off. That just left a terrible taste in my mouth. This was my first and likely my last time here. Food was good. Shame

I over heard a worker telling his coworker, the goal working at Firehouse was to do the least amount of work possible and it shows. The soda had no carbonation, so I said that I’ll take an ice tea then. She told me they never made ice tea in the morning. So I just grabbed my water from my car. Then when I received my sandwich they used the wrong bread. The person I was eating with was complaining the soup was cold. Hope the owner reads this. Awful
