Friday, August 8th I went to Firehouse Subs as I have been giving them business since they opened. I am young but have slight hearing problems and today I was really disappointed with the way your workers reacted to that. At the counter, I had the lady repeat “White or Wheat” two times because I couldn’t hear or understand what she was saying. Eventually, I finished my order, and two minutes after ordering, I overheard the 3 workers repeatedly laughing about the situation and mocking my voice multiple times. I already have slight hearing problems and was able to hear them, meaning, they were LOUD and the entire restaurant could hear them. I am extremely disappointed.

I was double charged when I called the store I was told I had to file online for using the app, so I went online filed and they told me the store manager would call me. This was back in May, we are almost in August and I still haven't received any call from this store, buyer beware

Got the Hook and ladder sub. Luckily I was using a BOGO reward otherwise the 10.00 for a sub that hardly has any meat. The meat that’s on it reminds me of Budding meat very thin and processed. Also, dirty tables and it’s not busy, broken equipment and clutter in the back of the dining room. I see that it is a franchise and I’m sure not franchisees are like this.

Always fresh, always delicious! The subs here are packed with flavor & quality ingredients. The bread is soft & fresh, & they’re generous with the toppings. Definitely my go-to spot when I’m craving a good sandwich. I got my coworkers hooked on it & now my family too!

My favorite sub is the Firehouse Hero. So good every time!

We have gone to this location twice. For time we ordered the side Mac and cheese with our subs. The person who took the order did not even look to ensure the Mac and cheese was ready until he had called us to get the food causing a delay in part of the order. The second time we ordered 4 subs total. Two were supposed to be cut into quarters per special request due to my spouse having just been out of surgery and limited on how much at one time they could eat. The team member who took the order had everything correct. The same person from the previous trip who did not check on Mac n cheese mixed up the order of which sandwich was supposed to be cut in quarters. They added meat that was asked to be held off. One guy can ruin a reputation.

Had the hook and ladder sub combo and as always it was delicious.

First I had hair in my food, I bring it back and get this, a Club on a sub has mayo and mustard not ranch, I don’t know what kind of sandwich I got. Was of $15
