Oh man... Where to begin. We had a large group with many split checks so the waitress tried her best. She should have had help and there were a lot more competent waitresses that could have helped. Normally this place has outstanding Pizza but today that was not the case. I waited over 2 hours for a tavern style small pizza and some chicken fettuccine. The pizza was absolutely disgusting and I threw it away after eating one piece. The fettuccine hurt my stomach and I also threw it away after eating a few bites. Apparently there was an issue with the ordering device and the Wi-Fi to the kitchen but for a waitress not to catch that for over an hour is really unacceptable. I'll never be back to this location again.

We walked into the restaurant and weren’t greeted by anyone. When the hostess finally appeared she didn’t acknowledge us, look up or make eye contact, when she finally spoke, it was to say follow me. I regret we did….When we sat down the waiter was just as uninviting as the hostess. For a minute I thought we had walked into one of those restaurants where their gimmick is to be rude and inhospitable to customers. The pizza was terrible, the sauce was watered down and the bottom was not fully cooked. Staff were running around finding Parmesan cheese and pepper for several tables. It was a mess! When it came time to pay, the waiter all of sudden became hospitable, and stood over us waiting for us to pay. I am leaving this review with the hope that the management doesn’t ignore it and provides their staff with training. They also should ensure their food at this location is representative of the Giordano's brand. Lucky for us there are plenty of other Giordano’s around us.

Went with a group for my birthday. It seemed there was one server for the whole restaurant. I had to go find her if we wanted something. We ordered a few different appetizers and pizzas.

This was my first time going to this location and it was great! Our service was excellent. Stephanie, our server, was 100% on top of everything. She was so pleasant and nice. And the food was delicious! Great place for a family outing. And to top it all off, they had football playing on the TV!

GIORDANO’S JUST DELIVERED A DYNASTY.
I ordered DA PIZZA — the glorious, cheese-loaded tribute to the Chicago Bears — and let me tell you, this thing hits harder than a cold wind off Lake Michigan. One bite in and I was involuntarily shouting “DA BEARS!” like it was a Super Bowl shuffle replay marathon.
This pizza is THICK. This pizza is PROUD. This pizza is built like it blocks, tackles, and finishes plays. The layers are stacked better than a Bears goal-line stand, and the flavor is so bold it should be wearing shoulder pads.
Eating DA PIZZA honestly felt like Mike Ditka himself would burst through the door, point at my table, and say, “Dat’s how ya do it.”
And let’s be clear — while this pizza is winning championships, the Packers still suck. Some things never change.
Giordano’s didn’t just make a pizza… they made Chicago proud.
DA BEARS. DA PIZZA. DA PACKERS STILL SUCK. 🍕🐻🔥

We wanted to try the new tavern style pizza so we ordered a large extra cheese with sausage, mushroom and onion. God knows I’ve eaten thousands of pizzas from Giordano’s in my lifetime, so was hoping this would be good. One word…disappointing. As you can see from the photos the pizza is burnt and dry. We ate the decent parts and realized there was no extra cheese and very little cheese at all. We did like the crunchy crust. And that was about it. My wife asked if I would try it again and I said no. It was just too dry and burnt. Too bad. There’s a LOT of other tavern style pizza that blows this away. Deep dish? Giordano’s. Tavern style? No.

We were excited to celebrate the start of the new year at our neighborhood Giordano’s. The service is always average to poor, and tonight was the same. The waiters don’t look happy to be there nor to serve (yet friendlier when it comes time to pay). What we didn’t expect this time is to be told the new management now makes you pay $1.95 for a small cup or gardinera peppers. As a Chicagoan, there is a certain expectation for a brand you love with good food. I let the poor service slide for this suburban location… but now that we are being nickel and dimed for what makes this chain quality, I don’t feel like it’s our neighborhood pizzeria anymore.
