5/29/2025 Edit: I tried this location again in the middle of the day just to see if the service was better, but was once again met with disappointment. The girl working was on her cell phone at the register, not texting which I wouldn’t have cared about, but a call, and continued her conversation while taking my order, gathering the correct fruits, and blending my smoothie. There were opened, half-drunk Starbucks drinks strewn across the counters (not just one or two, probably close to half a dozen between the two employees), along with someone’s half-eaten burrito bowl from the Chipotle next door. I get it, you have to take your lunch break when customer flow dies down. But can you at least put your to-go container, USED plastic ware, USED napkins, and drinks in the back of the house? It looked like they were just eating it over the counter. WHERE they prepare food/smoothies. I’m not expecting everything to be sterile, but at least wiped down and free of outside clutter. The whole place kind of grossed me out. Lastly, with braces on for a fractured wrist and sprained thumb, I was handed an over-filled cup with smoothie oozing out of the sides - I asked her to please wipe it clean and she obliged. Didn’t really feel like having my braces smell like sweat and peaches.
P.S. Hey corporate, almost $9 for a small smoothie is absolutely asinine.
If I could give zero stars I would. My husband tried to come in at 7:15, 45 minutes before closing time. There were no employees, lights were dimmed, and the door was locked. The employees at this location are an absolute laughing stock, and they pull this kind of shit EVERY.SINGLE.DAY. They behave like they couldn’t care less about having a job. This location is also known for closing out cash payments 90 minutes before closing, so cards are the only acceptable form of payment. Never going here again, this place is a joke.

I went into Jamba Juice at the Willowbrook location at 12:30-1 pm Jan/ 30/2025 for the first time and the lady working there was so rude. We said hi she didn’t say hi we were trying to get help but she just didn’t help or acknowledge us at all. She was just on her phone. It was a black woman with red/ginger. You can tell that she doesn’t care about her job at all! Made us leave.

I always love coming to this Jamba Juice location. The smoothies are consistently delicious and fresh, and there are plenty of options to choose from for every taste or dietary need. The staff here is fantastic—friendly, upbeat, and always willing to make helpful suggestions if I’m unsure what to order. The service is quick, even during busy times, and they always make sure my order is perfect.

Tried to get a dairy free pumpkin smash smoothie, but was told they no longer have the frozen oat dessert even though it was still on the menu and on the app. Pretty sure I was lied to and then ignored. Won't be back to this location again. Atrocious customer service! Update - will not go back. The plant-based pumpkin smash is the only reason I went to Jamba.
I used to come here a lot last year and never had any problems but yesterday was horrible. I placed an online order for 2 smoothies at 8:05am because they were supposed to be open at 8am. Got there at 8:15 for my order and the place wasn’t open yet, waited another 15 minutes just to see if anyone would unlock the doors. I had to leave for work and them not being open made me late for work. So my mother in law kept calling the location to see when they were gonna open, turns out they didn’t open till 11! The opener or whoever overslept and no one got their online orders which is ridiculous, the owners or GM should’ve made sure someone was there to do their job. Online orders should’ve been turned off if no one was there. My mother in law picked up my smoothies for me since I was at work, the girls working didn’t even apologize for anything that happened and all they said was that “they overslept”. They need to be held responsible for not doing their job with opening the store. The GM is out of town for the week so shouldn’t she make sure there is someone responsible to open the store??? Not sure if i’ll ever come here again:/

IF, I could give zero stars I would. My daughter in law placed an online order, turns out the store opened 3 hrs late. Why would the owners not shut online off? Sat there waiting 40 mins for order, got to work late, I showed up and picked it up at 11:15am for them. Got NO APOLOGY, I ordered 2 more smoothies instead paid $18. I called Corporate, waiting for them to rectify this terrible experience. Gm Rachel emails me that my smoothies were upgraded, lies! I got what I paid for and nothing extra or free... Without customers, you don't make sales, your lobby is empty half the time. You opened 3 hours late, missed my online order, then charge me $18 for 2 other smoothies I got when you clearly sent me an email stating it would be complimentary. Terrible customer service, how is that making this right?! Waiting for corporate to call me and I will dispute charges with my credit card. You have lost my business...
