Hi, I would like to say for everyone to not come to this MOD location. I love MOD but this location was not it. Before I even went to start my order I saw a cicada right infront of the of the menu. I understand its cicada season but poor sanitation is not my thing. As I placed my order this lady or man, whatever you call it nowadays took my order and had a very annoyed look to her face. I like a lot if cheese and meat on my pizza and MOD has a policy to not charge extra on any amounts of toppings. I asked for a lot of mozzarella and proceeds to say that I need to be "mindful" on the amount of cheese I put. I understand I am a little "obese" but you cant just limit my food standards when it goes against your policies. Eventually we made it to the meats and I asked for a lot and she still gave me a dirty look. Eventually that lady went to go make another order and a new lady arrived. I was trying to be as nice as I could with her but that other one was still on my mind. To get "revenge" I repeated my toppings again in front of the rude lady so she knows whos boss. After paying and scanning for rewards I got my food and she immediately handed it to me without asking if I would like any sauce. I told her can I please have white sauce and she told me they typically dont do that but I told her its fine. And then as another excuse she said it will make the pizza cold and I told her again its fine I have always ordered this so It would be fine. I left with an upside down smile. I hope she or he or whatever was having a bad day because she was also skimpping the portions on another customer. MOD I hope you see this and try to do something about your employees. I hate to be like this but I dont think I will try MOD again. Also the food did not hit the same.

I didn't know you could mess up a simple thing such as a pizza, which they did. They asked if I wanted the sauce on my Calexico pizza, I agreed. It literally tasted like soap. Not coming back ever. Added one star for their nice outdoor seating area.

I've been an employee for 3 years(other locations) and customer for 7. Today was the worst experience I've have at a MOD pizza. I asked for it undocked but they refused?? The crust was huge and the toppings were center loaded. Not one person said anything about the state of that pizza. I just paid and left, didn't even stick around to see that sad pizza come out of the oven. I should have left at the start. Sorry Squad Willowbrook, I won't be returning to this location.

If the place gets really busy, depending on the staff they get very confused on the orders but on a slow day. The workers do a great job. Its like subway, cant really mess up the pizza because you customize it yourself and the price stays the same no matter the toppings. Overall, DELICIOUS.

If you enjoy the ubiquitous rice based gluten free crust option; the one that is utterly devoid of flavor, that is tough and nearly impossible to chew once it’s been in a pizza oven and cooled slightly then you won’t be disappointed. I’m not a fan. What I take the most issue with is the scarcity of the dairy free cheese. I could have made a better gluten free pizza at home and saved myself $29. Such a disappointment. I’m happy these options are available don’t get me wrong, but it’s such a let down because the execution is just terrible. There are better gluten free crust options on the market, and there’s no need to be so stingy with the cheese.

I usually order for delivery or pick up and the staff is always super friendly and efficient but this past time they exceeded my expectations! I went fairly close to closing time for my pick up order and realized I forgot to add a drink and peppermint no name cake, so I was going to buy them separately but the young men working gave it to me on the house. I used to work for the competitor of Mod and swore by them, but I’ve gotta say, this location has made me realize that Mod is elite
