The orange chicken was chewy with low quality chicken. Sauce was poured over it to make it look fresh. The rice was dry.It seems like everything was reheated from earlier in the day.I could have picked up a better orange chicken dinner down the street at Pete’s grocery .

Such a hidden gem!!!! All of their menu items are so delicious. Ive tried many other chinese places, but oriental taste is my favorite. Especially love their mongolian beef and sesame chicken.

I have tried all the Chinese food within a 20 mile radius after my old Chinese restaurant closed after the owners retired after 18 years. Oriental Taste is the best Chinese food I've ever had! I've eaten Chi-Tung in Evergreen Park and this place blows everyone away! A+++

One of my go to Chinese places. They are take only. Prices are average for the bountiful portions you get. The owner at the front is very nice. Ample parking to get you in/out. If you call ahead, it usually takes them about 15 mins to cook your order depending on how much you order. I recommend ordering items from the authentic Chinese dishes, bbq entrees, rice plate, and congees. I’ve included some pictures. A menu with this much variety, I’m sure it can get repetitive ordering the typical Americanized Chinese dishes like orange chicken, Mongolian beef, kung pao shrimp, etc.Dishes I’ve tried and recommend: roast pork, bbq pork, Mandarin style pork chop, stuffed tofu, seafood tofu, and any congee.
