Yummy food....warm and cozy ciabetta dippers are back. Love the soup and 1/2 sandwich deal. My only complaint was when the iced tea was filled, some tea went on the lid and when I went to drink it, it dripped on my shirt. Ah well...should have looked. Everything else was perfect. Can't beat the chicken soup on a cold Chicago winter day.

I have had nothing but amazing experiences every time I have entered this location. The food is always exactly as I order it even when I customize it, the workers are SO kind and sweet, overall an amazing location highly recommend this location

This has been the worst experience so far at this location after decades . The new cashier who took our order did not have a name tag and called herself “ Karen, the manager” She was rude, refused to substitute the side of French bread for a different slice . She rudely stated “ no substitute and I will inform the kitchen the same “ All throughout the interaction she was curt, cold and unfriendly . When the order was being prepared, she loudly warned the kitchen staff not to succumb to my request . At that point, we were embarrassed and felt disillusioned enough to ask for the order to be refunded. Without an apology , while refunding the order , warned us that she did not need us as a customer anymore ? I did submit my complaint to customer service immediately afterwards and after no response twice , spoke with a supervisor on my third attempt but disappointed that there has not been any response from management. This surely proves that management is protecting her and encouraging bad behavior. She needs to be fired and holds no place in Customer service even at the lowest level .

This place is nightmare, employee they refuse to talk to you. I placed my order, I received the message saying my order is ready but they actually didn’t even start working on it and beeping disrespectful on top of that.

Waste of time and money. Ordered the Asiago sausage and egg sandwich. Waited 10 mins for them to heat up a piece of sausage and they didn’t even put an egg on it. Only go if you want microwaved food. Light roast coffee was also empty.

Just came in to buy their best Pecan Nut Pastry, there’s one , and 6 chocolates croissant. Cashier help me , their name are , Steve, Bel, Lilly , very nice, staff at the cashier/ taking orders, in regards amazing customer service, scale of 1-10 , I’ll be happy to give all of them a Big Top 10. Keep up the good Job, Pastry n soup sooo good too. . His mgr tonight, nice as well.

This Panera is by far the best Panera I’ve been to. The GM and manager are just outstanding, always in a wonderful mood and go above and beyond to help. They truly have a great team here. It’s hard to find staff that seem to love their jobs. They truly deserve a raise 😅 food is always made correctly and delicious as always. 10/10
