This Panera is by far the best Panera I’ve been to. The GM and manager are just outstanding, always in a wonderful mood and go above and beyond to help. They truly have a great team here. It’s hard to find staff that seem to love their jobs. They truly deserve a raise 😅 food is always made correctly and delicious as always. 10/10

My husband wanted to try Panera and this will be our only visit. We ordered Toasted Italiano and Caprese sandwiches. My husband said he could have made a better sandwich at home and tomatoes were only on half if his caprese sandwich. My son's sandwich was drowning in oil. I don't think it was that they were too busy I think they just don't care about what they give their customers. You can get better sandwiches fir lower price just about anywhere.

Ignore the negative reviews on here, people have outrageous expectations. Michael, the manager, & the staff are always on top of it when it comes to hospitality. I come here enough to give a reputable review & would not waste my time commenting if the location did not deserve some notoriety. Michael goes out of his way to make sure people are satisfied.

Was taken care of by Joseph. He was super nice, helped me with my order and made suggestions to give me the best value and offered me a cup for water during my wait. I wasn’t paying attention that my order was ready, he came and personally gave it to me! I also overheard him talking to his coworkers and showed a genuine concern for his staffs well being. Best service I’ve ever received from a Panera, and I go to Panera a lot!

This is hard to write, love this store and the staff, been a customer for almost 20 years and know some of the staff just as long, they are friendly, helpful, courteous and consistently fun to be around. Unfortunately they have a new hire with a consistently bad attitude and he unfortunately is front and center with customer interaction. The hospitality/service industry requires a small level of customer care that seems to gotten lost in this young man’s scope, maybe a gentle reminder would help?
