Gil, Mitchell, and Miklya are the holy trinity of sandwiches makers. The best thing to eat after standing and drinking 5 hours in the snow at a South Side Irish Parade!

Sandwich was great. They didn't wrap both ends properly, so unfortunately a chunk of the toppings on the sandwich fell out when I opened the bag. Outside of that it was a good experience

Asked for "everything except no mayo" on my sandwich. Poor lady started by putting mayo on it (probably out of habit since most folks want mayo) before realizing her mistake - even before I did. She apologized profusely and had them remake me a sandwich. It was literally the most minor inconvenience in the world that cost me a whopping 2 minutes of added wait time, but they still snuck a free chocolate chip cookie in my bag. Completely unnecessary but much appreciated! Yay for people who actually care about their customers (even though, again, in this case, it barely even qualified as an inconvenience to me, lol). Also the sandwich was delicious!

Love this location, it’s the best. Staff are always so nice and makes my food perfect. I got here 2 mins before closing and still took my order. I was so happy because i rushed from the Westmont location who told me they were closing and still had 15mins.

I have a dairy allergy and asked for no cheese on a tuna sandwich. Halfway through eating, I started having an allergic reaction and found cheese in the sandwich. The employee should have been more attentive because now I have to take medication

Stopped here for quick bite with family at dinner time and was met with semi-friendly employees and not so fresh salad. The greens have seen better days, so did the avocado, chicken didn’t really look or taste like real meat. It also didn’t state that hummus is spicy. I guess I shouldn’t be ordering a salad at a sandwich shop…

Their service sucks, they gave me my change wrong and they go 2 times that they don't give me the things I ask for. Apart from the fact that I pay for extra things and they don't put them on me

I wanted to mention how nice the staff was here. We ordered online and were not able to take advantage of some of the rewards on our account. Hayley was beyond helpful and quickly fixed the issue. Thank you for a great experience! The weather was nice and we were able sit outside on their patio. Some lights outside would be a great touch!

I ordered a sandwich, they gave me 1 piece of turkey and 1 piece of salami. I called and the girl told me to order correct next time. I'm super angry. Never had an issue with Potbelly before. Unbelievable.
