Sandwich was great. They didn't wrap both ends properly, so unfortunately a chunk of the toppings on the sandwich fell out when I opened the bag. Outside of that it was a good experience

Asked for "everything except no mayo" on my sandwich. Poor lady started by putting mayo on it (probably out of habit since most folks want mayo) before realizing her mistake - even before I did. She apologized profusely and had them remake me a sandwich. It was literally the most minor inconvenience in the world that cost me a whopping 2 minutes of added wait time, but they still snuck a free chocolate chip cookie in my bag. Completely unnecessary but much appreciated!...

Love this location, it’s the best. Staff are always so nice and makes my food perfect. I got here 2 mins before closing and still took my order. I was so happy because i rushed from the Westmont location who told me they were closing and still had 15mins.
