Used to love this location because the staff were extremely nice and the drinks they made were spectacular. Now the new staff are super rude and don’t want to be there. They always complain when there are customers. I went up to ask a question about their products and they straight up lied to me.

Little girl working in the Starbucks area with the color streaks in her hair is rude! Set my drink on the counter without announcing a name! I asked was it mine and she said “if you ordered it then it’s yours”,’, but that means nothing when others are standing in line and you don’t know what they’re ordering, She definitely needs to be retrained on customer service because if I had to bank my money on coming back , I wouldn’t ! She should be in all the way in the back unseen with that attitude and demeanor she carries.

Caleb made the best White Chocolate Mocha (Hot) I have ever had!!!!!!!! I have easily had a thousand of these drinks over the years and all over the country! I have never had it made so smoothly and perfectly balanced!!!! Well done!!!!! I doubt any other drink will top this one!

I quickly stopped here for a snack and the employees went above and beyond my expectations. They were so speedy, and the employee who took my order, Tessa, was very kind and quick! Thank you Tessa for excellent service!!!

Wonderful experience at Sweet & Salty! I’m very grateful for their hospitality and their grace. I was able to sample the coffee and a piece of Turkish delight before making a purchasing decision. I took home the ice cream and it was delicious. I will certainly be back!
