girl how are your hours going to say 8:00 am - 10:00 pm and then when I come in 9:35 pm you say you’re closed.

I’m not sure if they’re short-staffed, but I waited about 30 minutes in line with only one person handling everything. The place was packed with customers — people picking up orders, placing new ones, and sitting to eat. It felt a bit overwhelming, and it’s clear they don’t have enough staff to manage the volume of customers they receive. If you don’t mind waiting and a crowded atmosphere, this might be the spot for you.

Would you like your sandwich with a bit of gaslighting? Then this is the subway for you. The bathroom wasn’t working? The olives were missing? And they said they did not have Italian herb and cheese even though they absolutely had some. if only they bent down to look.

Food is average, and they always put less portions compared to other subways. I did a mobile order and they forgot part of my order. On a separate mobile order, I paid $3.50 for a pretzel. I walk in, and they say they don’t have pretzels so they offer me some chips… no they didn’t refund me

I'm 13 and when I went in with my sister I did not expect to be bad mouthed by the 3 Indian women behind the counter who did not stop talking the entire time we were their and on top of this we had to wait 10 minutes to order with no one else in line.

Very stingy on portions. Most likely less than what they’re supposed to. Not the best customer service. With the new lids, you can’t really see what they’re putting on your sandwich. I’d recommend staying away, I’m sure there are better subways nearby.

I ordered mine toasted and they didn't toast it yet they were toasting a sandwich when I picked it up. I asked for a lot of veggies and they put only a little. I put American cheese on my online order and there wasn't any cheese in both my sandwiches even though I can see it there on their display. I shouldn't have left a tip. My first and last time going here. Try another location if you'll buy subway. Worst location I've been to so far. They're probably the owners there managing it trying to save by not giving the customer what they ordered so they can make more in profit.
