I ASKED IF I COULD ADD ON A CHICKEN SANDWICH & I WILL PAY FOR IT BUT I NEEDED A MEAT FOR MY SUPPER NOT JUST DOUBLE FRIES. This is my favorite Burger King location I frequent it often. I always request my burgers hot off the broiler you pull up wait a couple minutes they bring it out to you hot and fresh. I order has always been correct they've never screwed it up so far. Keep up the great work Burger King Wilmington you guys rock.

I paid at the window. They immediately had me pull forward. I waited 7 minutes to have them wave at me from the window to pull forward again, and still, I had to wait another 5. For chicken fingers and mozzarella sticks.

Freshly heartbroken, I stumbled in looking for greasy salvation. The burger was a warm hug, the fries whispered ‘you’re better off,’ and the milkshake temporarily cured my trust issues. Staff was amazingly fast and kind. I was only mildly distracted by some mysterious yelling coming from the freezer, but honestly, it just added to my healing journey. 5 stars, would emotionally spiral here again.
This burger king has to be the worst in North America. I submitted a mobile order, which a most people could probably guess, prints the employees a ticket telling them exactly what to put in the bag that they intend to hand me. Imagine picking up your $13 BK order only to be missing one entire component of your order. I ordered three things. A sandwich, a side and a drink. Managed to forget the side. Couldn't even catch a loose bag fry.
This particular Burger King, in my opinion, is responsible for the current decline in western civilization.

Used to go out of my way to eat here last 2 times order was wrong. Went back and the non english speaking crew still couldnt get it right. Besides that it was inedible!!! Almost like they dumped a salt shaker on it. Fin terrible! Fries were overcooked and no good. 26.00 and 8 rotten burgers that went in the garbage because they were so bad. Maybe instead of hiring cheap labor, spend a little and try to keep some customers!! I wont be back!!

Stopped for take home dinner and when we got home we saw the bag was missing a burger and the others were made wrong. Toppings that I'm allergic to were put on instead of mayo only as we ordered. 1 of the items we were charge too much for and also missing a burger. Fries were cold and dried out too. I tried to call to talk to the manager since we over paid and I can't eat mine and we dont want to drive all the way back there. No answer. The restaurant was empty but they still got it wrong. Actually, they are wrong most of the time, so we won't ever go again. Overpaying and going hungry sucks.
