Burger King Review
For the past four months, I have visited this Burger King every Tuesday, consistently placing online orders at least 10 minutes before my arrival. Unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory. My online orders are never ready when I arrive, and I am always asked to pull forward and later return through the drive-through to retrieve my order. This process is frustrating and defeats the convenience that online ordering is supposed to provide.
A few weeks ago, there was a kind, older employee who stood out for her excellent customer service and promptness. She always ensured orders were handled efficiently and made the experience much better. Unfortunately, she is no longer there, and it seems her absence has left a noticeable gap in the quality of service.
I strongly urge management to focus on training staff to improve order accuracy and timeliness, especially for online orders. Prompt service is key, and a little extra effort from the team could greatly enhance the customer experience.

Don't really recommend using online ordering bc it took forever for the family's order. And 2 sandwiches and 2 sides were missing that I had paid for. Not to mention that two people in our family were without dinner! Check and double check your order before leaving the parking lot!! 🤬

I came in and stood at the counter 5 minutes , and I was never greeted . Employees kept looking at me but said nothing . The young guy with red hair can only do one thing at a time as he stood there staring at the screen, waiting for an order to be handed to him . This is very bad customer service . If you are looking for a store manager that cares , let me know. i would not mind a change or career .

There's a bunch of younger ppl that work here, and they are so nice and polite. I always enjoy coming here because of the kiddos. They always ask me to check my bag to make sure everything is right. They hardly ever mess up our orders. The food isn't sloppily made. They made a mistake on one of our sandwiches and we're so apologetic about and made it and gave us a free sandwich for the mistake. Just a great group of young ppl thank you guys we really appreciate you!!

There's almost always a line at the drive thru, but the staff are always polite and work as quickly as they can to get people in/out

What a horrible place. I use to work here as the store manager till the DISTRICT MANAGER disrespected me and made me do so much and not get paid for it. I sat in this line for 50 min waiting in 4 sandwiches. And only one car ahead of me. This is the most unclean and unsanitary store I’ve been too never coming back!

Employees were smoking weed in the parking lot running drive thru window from their car. Will not be going here again

When in the area i visit this BK all the time. Always had good service . Food always hot. Service is always been good. Today is no exception. Kudos to all the staff

This place is honestly one of the worst burger kings I have ever visited. I have visited this place twice now(assuming my first visit was possibly a fluke). From the time I placed my order(as the only customer inside the restaurant) to the time I received my food, 27 minutes had passed. I ordered a large Whopper Meal with a 12 piece Chicken Fries. By my calculations, the fries should not have taken longer than 3 minutes to deep fry, the chicken fries another 3-5 minutes, and the Whopper another couple minutes. Give them an extra few minutes assuming drive through orders and 15 minutes at the most to get my food if they were busy there. I'll give the guy up front one thing, he did tell me several times that my food was on the way.... The Whopper was good and was prepared properly at least(I requested no mayo) but the fries and chicken fries tasted off....maybe the oil was due for a change? The Beverage machine had almost zero options available at the Coca-Cola Freestyle Machine and the few options that were available tasted flat or had their carbonation....empty I want to say?I will say the interior did look clean on my first visit, not so much on my second so I would chalk that up to bad timing maybe. All in all not a good experience at all.
