This place is honestly one of the worst burger kings I have ever visited. I have visited this place twice now(assuming my first visit was possibly a fluke). From the time I placed my order(as the only customer inside the restaurant) to the time I received my food, 27 minutes had passed. I ordered a large Whopper Meal with a 12 piece Chicken Fries. By my calculations, the fries should not have taken longer than 3 minutes to deep fry, the chicken fries another 3-5 minutes, and the Whopper another couple minutes. Give them an extra few minutes assuming drive through orders and 15 minutes at the most to get my food if they were busy there. I'll give the guy up front one thing, he did tell me several times that my food was on the way.... The Whopper was good and was prepared properly at least(I requested no mayo) but the fries and chicken fries tasted off....maybe the oil was due for a change? The Beverage machine had almost zero options available at the Coca-Cola Freestyle Machine and the few options that were available tasted flat or had their carbonation....empty I want to say?I will say the interior did look clean on my first visit, not so much on my second so I would chalk that up to bad timing maybe. All in all not a good experience at all.

I do not say this lightly but I had probably one of the best short experiences at this Burger King. I’ve work low to high end jobs and you just don’t see this level of customer service anywhere any more. It was a very pleasant experience and Jan I believe her name was is the absolute best. As a company it would be wise to make sure you hold onto her an treat her right as an employee because you do not find people like this anywhere

If I could leave a 0 star I would, this pace is absolutely horrible the “manager” is so disrespectful not only to customers but also to employees. You’d think new managers would be better but I guess not, the inside of the store is disgusting, the food is cold, fries not salted at all. There’s so much wrong with this store I’m surprised they aren’t closed yet

I ordered a# 5 breakfast sandwich the girl talked me into… worst breakfast ever! The hash browns were cold and the sandwich was rock hard.., the coffee was so bitter I dumped it out. Threw the rest away… eeeewwwwwWill not order breakfast from them EVER again

Food is the same as it is at all other locations so no complaint there. The girl waiting on us doesn’t speak very good english. I couldn't understand a word she was saying to me. But hey Burger King, this is America so can you hire American employees or at least employees who speak english well?I have nothing against foreigners, my problem is that if you're going to live in our country and work in our country then learn our language so you can communicate.

They keep messing up my and my family’s orders, my dad asked for a bacon melt and got a mushroom melt this is bogus learn to actually take a right order there you would have 5 stars instead of 3

If I could give 0 stars I would always get cold frie and this time they gave me 3 out of the 6 burgers order .. call for an hour and no answered! I live to far away to go back!

This is the worst Burger King I've been to. The food tastes like stale oil or reused oil from breakfast. Items are not cooked or overcooked. Super long waits for fast food. Unfriendly service.
