I came in about 10:20pm on a Saturday night and I could tell the staff was anxious to leave for the night. When asked for my order I said 10 bone in wings. The (girl?) taking my order immediately turned away, walked to the freezer, peeked her head in and said “we are out of wings”. I repeated what they said. I would’ve felt better if she said I could get a discount on something else. When I asked she said I can’t do that. I asked if she was the manager she said “yep”
Please train your people words like “I’m sorry” and maybe some empathy? (She?) had no emotion whatsoever and quite frankly pissed me off and she knew it. I wasn’t asking for anything for free, but now, yeah send me a link for 10 free wings. I’m tired of being treated like THEY are doing ME a favor. It’s the CUSTOMERS who keep these clowns employed. No?

It is 5:14 p m december15,2025 i order an old school. Hold the onions, add tomatoes and Mayo half. Freaking hard is it to fix a sandwich? I literally got meat, cheese and bread

Bought a large ole fashioned,? I think, supposed to be double meat but still had half the bread showing for 16.00, waste of money. Went to the kitchen got a half of chicken for 11.00 much better value.

So I ordered 6 oc boneless chicken for $10.99 then recieved 5. Fries were cold, and the Philly cheese steak barely had any meat and the peppers onions were not cooked at all. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else thier food is expensive which I don't mind if I get hot, goid food not slop.
