Charleys Cheesesteaks

I love Charley’s cheesesteak and i stay hungry til i made it to Petro when i saw they have this restaurant. Guess what i got the worse sandwich ever this is supposed to be , chicken California. They just put the cheese on top of chuck of chicken and not melted, i can’t say much watch it yourself below. Change the restaurant name please.

Yall tell me… I’ve been to almost every Charley’s around the country plus the one in South Korea when I was in the Army, AND THEY DID BETTER THEN THIS. This ain’t even enough for the stray cat in the back. And it’s missing everything. Felt like they did it on purpose

My order arrived late, and the staff was indifferent. For such a simple menu, this level of performance is unacceptable. I will never come back. Don’t waste your money or time here

They could keep the kitchen cleaner!

Fully stocked truck stop. Lots of supplies, treats, and food for the over-the-roaders.

I gave it a try seeing a big line waiting for orders ! I though it’s worth the hype and 20 minutes later I had to put ketchup on it so I can feel any taste !

I would say it's bc of the tarrifs but from other reviews that's just what it is wish I checked before buying

Give out very small portion of fries with combo . Need more consistency between restaurant chains in there portion size

My order wasn't correct. Went back in, and the whole order was remade fresh. The manager was very apologetic for the mistake. Thank you guys for the great customer service.

They have a horrible attitude. They don't give you what you pay for. Chicken wings the size of quarters and say that's just what you get. Frys that barely cover the bottom of their box. I paid for a large. I can get more Frys at McDonald's ordering a small. And I ordered a large Philly. There was barely enough meat on both the sandwiches to make one sandwiche. I will never come back to this place! I told them what was wrong and he refused to make it right. 12/13/24 @ 9:20 at night. Fire the staff would be my recommendation.

A Karen was not helpful at all..asked her if they had other cold cuts besides turkey she just said 6,9,10? What the heck is she talking about..not helpful at all!! This is my 1st stop n last!!😮‍💨😡

Ordered a large Philly cheese steak whit extra meat cheese and lettuce and tomato

Asked if it was dbl meat and cheese he said yes left driving down the road and wile unloading opened my sandwich
No dbl meat
No dbl cheese
No lettuce
No tomatoes

Been ripped off by this place

I would recommend going somewhere else the only thing this place is good for is it’s right next to the restroom .

This place has gone downhill the last 3 months
My order wasn't even made right today. I always ordered it to go for lunch later on, so once my lunch time came around, I opened my order up to see my bacon 3 cheese only mayo. turns out to be steak 1 kinda cheese and onion no bacon no other cheese
